Welcome to this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, ideally located just a 3-minute drive from the River Run Village Ski Area. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for mountain biking and hiking, this home offers the perfect retreat for your adventures. The patio offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you're just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. Guests of Ski Tip also have access to the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub.

The townhome spans two levels and features convenient entryways both from the main door and the one-car garage, each equipped with benches, hooks, and a storage shelf, along with a half bathroom for added convenience. As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright and inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, all framed by large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. From here, you can access the private patio, where you can sit back, relax, and take in the beautiful mountain views and fresh air. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that comfortably seats three. For more formal meals, the adjacent dining area offers seating for up to eight people.

Upstairs, you'll find the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a cozy reading nook under a bright window, and a large en suite bathroom that includes a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed—both rooms include flat-screen TVs and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom on this level features a combination shower and bathtub. For added convenience, a new washer and dryer are located on this level in a dedicated closet.

The complex also offers shared outdoor hot tubs, ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. With its prime location just minutes from River Run Village, you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're here for winter sports or summer fun, this townhome provides everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
