This multi-story mountain home has 3 bedrooms (plus loft) and 3 bathrooms sleeping 8 across, three queen beds, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. It features beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and large windows, perfect for taking in the mountain views and allowing for natural light. There are two balconies in this vacation home; one is located off the living room, and one is off the back of the dining area. This vacation rental has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area which allows for ample gathering space. Snuggle up by the stone-stacked fireplace and enjoy a movie night or board game in the cozy living room. There is also a private garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Conveniently located near two Keystone Resort shuttle stops, you can quickly get to the slopes via a short bus ride. Guests at this vacation rental have access to the Cabins in the Pines shared amenities including two hot tubs and outdoor seating, just steps from the front door.
When you enter this home, you will find yourself in the âmud areaâ which features mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main level where you will find the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and ample seating. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the sliding door leads out to the private balcony. There is additional outdoor seating on the back balcony which is located past the dining area.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area seats eight and there is seating for three more at the breakfast bar. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area, next to the kitchen. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Above the kitchen you will find the ladder-accessed loft area which offers a queen bed and a dresser.
The primary bedroom is straight ahead at the end of the lower-level hallway. It features a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and shower/tub combination with a jetted tub.
The first guest bedroom is just across the hall and features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and views of mountains through the trees. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The clothes washer and dryer is also located on the ground floor. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.
*Please note that we have a minimum age and minimum night-stay requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and reserve at least 2 nights. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
There is parking available for one vehicle in the private one-car garage and a second vehicle in the open parking lot.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
