Summer is exceptional here and the condo is steps away from the bike path for all your mountain biking adventures with the lakes near by. There are a lot of reservation companies here in Mammoth but our home is managed by a local resident and HOA manager who is there to assist 24/7. She has 10 years experience and makes our unit family and fur buddy friendly, welcoming and safe and exceptional. She puts in the extra work to make sure your trip is exceptional every single time. We love your pets, so just let us know they are coming. We do charge $200 for a pet with $50 for a second pet ( any size). We have to pay our maid extra to get the dog hair out so we keep it clean for everyone. And we know dogs shed ourselves!!! So thanks for keeping us in the loop and helping us out with that!
Also like to note, that if for some reason you forget to add your dog to your reservation, we will request the $200 plus tax if our cleaners inform us there are signs of a pet. Thank you.
