We had a great time! Jeremy was a great host and even let us check in early! We thought it was spacious, clean, and well decorated. We ran out of towels, but were able to do a load of laundry. We had a big group, so that was to be expected. Extra blankets and pillows would have been nice, but we came during the summer, so we were able to make do. The check-out instructions were super simple. We had a great time!

The host was welcoming and quick to respond to questions. The home was very clean, well taken care of, and perfect for our plans. Our friends ended up booking while we were there because they liked it so much. I can’t say one bad thing about this house.

Not everyone was happy the extra bedroom is its own separate bedroom but everyone who had bedrooms in the house was perfectly happy. The hosts is amazing with communication and very helpful with any issues you may have. Other than that we were happy and comfortable

Girls weekend

We loved the house! It is updated and very clean and comfortable. It is roughly 25 minutes to downtown Charleston, which wasn’t a problem for us because we had a car. A little farther to a beach. It was a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Gorgeous House and Property

We had a great stay here while visiting relatives in Summerville. Huge living space, very comfortable, lots of room for everyone, as we had 10 people staying. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very well furnished. Nice, safe neighborhood. We hope to make this an annual trip and will definitely stay again.

This place was beautiful and amazing! The amount of space and yard was perfect. With 11 people we never felt on top of each other! The layout was perfect! We loved the open floor plan. Jeremy was so attentive and responsive for all our questions!

We had a great time. It was so relaxing. The only thing I would say is that more toilet paper is needed for 4 days. We ran out by the end but overall it was a great experience. I would definitely rent this place again.

Charleston Visit

This house was perfect for our group. Two bedrooms with private bath. Two bedrooms with common bath. House had top of the line appliances and plumbing fixtures and was well stocked. Beautiful interior. Huge combination kitchen/dining/great room. Huge back deck with top-of-the-line gas grill. Huge back yard which our 3-year-old grandson loved. Nice fire pit. Would rent this again.

Perfect Stay for a Group Trip to Charleston!

Our group of nine friends stayed at Summervilla for a long weekend while attending The Black Food Truck Festival and exploring Charleston’s rich history, culture, and food scene—and it was the perfect home base for our trip!The house was exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a group. We loved the open living spaces where we could gather, relax, and share meals, and the multiple bedrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space when needed. The outdoor area was a great bonus for winding down after our busy days.The location in Ladson was convenient—not far from the festival and an easy drive into downtown Charleston. Quiet neighborhood too, which made for restful nights.Overall, Summervilla helped make our trip smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Would definitely recommend it to other groups visiting the Charleston area!

Clean, but lacking instruction and TP

The property was clean and as advertised. However there were no explicit check-in or out procedures listed in the app or in a binder in the residence, as I have seen in most rentals. When I reached out to the host, all I received was a smart door code. We did our best to follow check out procedures that are common with rentals of taking out the trash, stripping the beds, ands starting the washer and dishwasher. Of note, toilet paper among three bathrooms for 8 guests over 3 nights and 4 days totaled 5 rolls and almost ran out. I rate the stay logistics as 6/10

The kitchen is amazing - open concept. Loved having 3 bathrooms - 2 with walk in showers. The king size rooms are huge. Lots of closet space everywhere. Huge TV's and good internet. Beautiful screened in back porch. The property is beautiful. My 94-year old mom came to stay with us and it worked well.

The extended living/family room with a pull out couch is a separate little house. It was perfect for our stay but we thought it was attached to the house from the photos.
