If you would like the pool heated it is $100 a day with a 3 day minimum to heat. Please connect with property management to clarify you would like the pool heated so we can prepare accordingly.

This top floor features a spacious kitchen, an open family room, dining area, a cozy pool table room, the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, and a guest bedroom with a nearby full bathroom. Because the home is built into the hillside, the lower level isn’t underground—instead, it opens directly out to the pool and spa area, making it perfect for indoor-outdoor living. Downstairs, you'll find a relaxed TV room and two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. It’s an ideal setup for families or groups who want space to spread out, with plenty of room for both gathering and quiet retreat.

Whether you're cooking dinner with a view upstairs or heading down for a swim and sunset soak, the layout of this home offers comfort, privacy, and seamless access to the best of Tucson’s beauty.
