Spanish Key Beach Resort in Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

This unit and the area is so beautiful and well taken care of, its been one my favorite places to stay, it was my 2nd time!

The condo was fine. The bed that I slept in was not comfortable. It was the king in the front room. Also the sliding doors were hard to open.

We stay every year at Spanish Key. This particular unit is outdated and badly in need of some upkeep. The kitchen counter is in poor shape (scratches and a hole). Could use some more thought as to little touches that could improve the guest experience such as adding towel hooks in the Master bathroom, providing hangers in closets, etc.) I have no complaints about the cleanliness. All things being equal (i.e. price) I would not stay in this unit again and would return to one of the others we have rented. We love the complex amenities and location!

This was our second stay at Spanish Key. We like the area and the complex and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. On our 2024 trip we stayed in a different unit which was more well appointed with everything working properly. As far as unit 205, it was decent but there were a number of minor inconveniences I didn’t expect in a condo at Spanish Key. 1. The main bar ice maker was out of order2. There was no wi-fi (or router)3. We had to replace the batteries in a TV remote4. The toilet paper dispenser in the main suite was broken5. Kitchen counter top was cracked/broken6. TV armoire had broken mounding at the topThese were minor inconveniences which overall didn’t ruin our trip but I expect a little more from a place that we spent over 600 per night to rent. The most inconvenient parts were the lack of wi-fi (not a great cell tower signal in the unit either) and the lack of an ice maker to fill a cooler for the beach. To give some credit, the unit was sufficiently clean.

4th Vacay

Location and service staff great! Room could use a little updating, but clean and would return. More parking options would be needed on busy holidays like the 4th.
