Spanish Key Beach Resort in Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Very clean and spacious. All staff, especially the security, at Spanish Key were exceptional: nice, friendly, helpful. Great access to beach and the surrounding area. The rental company staff were easy to deal with and great at sending out all pertinent in formation concerning the property.

This is a gorgeous condo. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Easily walkable to florabama. Perfect for girls trip. Check in/ check out easy. Good communication with property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property with great beach views and beach access. We did have a few minor issues…dryer handle broken, bedroom area rug curled up (tripping hazard), bathroom door would stick. The kitchen had limited serving dishes and the living room couch was not comfortable. Otherwise, great stay at this condo/

We love the Spanish Key complex. Perdido Key is a less congested area, and the pool at this building is wonderful. The pool and beach have never been too crowded during the three times we’ve stayed in this complex.However, Unit 406 was not as we remembered it from our stay three years ago. The unit had a musty odor and felt extremely damp throughout our stay.I was also disappointed with the cleanliness. When we entered the unit at 4:00 p.m., the floors were still wet. The vacuum was not charged, there was mold in the master shower and on the exhaust vent in the back bedroom, and several dishes were dirty upon arrival. In addition, our wristbands and parking passes were not in the unit upon arrival, requiring additional time to resolve.Finally, the unit above us was being remodeled during our stay. Beginning around 7:30 a.m. on several mornings, we were awakened by drilling and other construction noise that continued throughout the day. While I understand this was outside the owner’s control, it significantly affected our ability to relax and enjoy the condo.Overall, we were disappointed with this particular unit and would likely choose different accommodations for a future visit.
