On the first floor, you'll find the first guest bedroom, featuring a king-size bed. The second floor houses the master suite, also with a king-size bed, positioned on the south side of the home. It boasts expansive windows and a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views. The second guest bedroom on this floor features a queen-size bed. The third-floor loft offers a cozy retreat, complete with a sleeper sofa, a wet bar with a sink and beverage cooler, and a private bathroom. Step outside to the backyard oasis, where beautiful flagstone paths are interwoven with white rocks for easy maintenance. This serene space is highlighted by a fire pit, a custom swing set, and an outdoor dining area, making it the perfect spot to relax with family and friends.
