Overall, the house was really nice. The walk to beach was a pretty quick walk. The only issue we had was the washer went out the first day, but the owner took care of it and got us another one there a few days later so we at least got to wash some clothing.Very responsive. Was closer to the end of Panama City Beach where it’s not overly crowded. Not a lot of traffic on the streets good location.for families with small kids very spacious

Beach

House was nice and very clean. Accessibility to the beach was perfect with board walk across the road. Overall great place to stay.

Host was amazing for communication any issues were fixed or responded to immediately. Very nice place with great location! A couple things weren’t available for restock such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, and towels (but those were refilled among request!) overall a great stay!!!

Great location. Property was really solid. Very accessible and check-in/out was smooth. Great area and nice place. Other notes:- downstairs tv was difficult to use - shower struggled to drain -smoke alarm went off in kitchen anytime oven opened - sheets on couch bed were stained

House is very spacious! The upstairs loft area isn't counted in the bedroom count, and it has a full size bed and couch in it. Beach public access is directly across the street. Far enough west of PCB to avoid the crowded beaches but close enough to drive to attractions.

Pros—Host was great to deal with. The house was beautiful, clean and nice! Beds were comfy.. This was our first time to not stay directly on the beach yet our beach access was a super easy, quick walk. Better than anticipated. The house does not provide beach items, but there were plenty of extra beach chairs that past renters had left which was nice! We had an issue with the shower not draining the first day we were there, I messaged the host and he sent someone to fix it which was great!With our family cooking most meals the kitchen needed a few more items that weren’t available. Silverware was low. We had 14 people and didn’t have enough forks/spoons for everyone. A crockpot, pizza pan, and bigger cookie sheets would be a great upgrade to the kitchen. I’d suggest bringing cleaning supplies, there was none provided at all.We’d def stay here again!!

This property is an advantage for close to beach as it takes 2 min to reach beach and 15 mis to reach pier were there were lot of food restaurants and they have good amount of beach chairs and tubes and host was good in replying for any texts there are some disadvantages too as 2 bedrooms were in 1st floor and leaving and and other bedroom were in 2nd floor so for everything we have go 2nd floor. Kitchen was too small for 3 bed as we have stayed 3 families so it was too congested for cooking, they left few trash bags which are not enough for 3 nights stay.Washing machine was with lot of fungus so couldn’t use it and bed room in 2nd floor beds were not good.

Summer family trip

This is a great house. After some slow communication to start with it went very well. Clarification on bedrooms vs ad was the main point. Feet were black right off but, everything else was clean. We loved this place and would readily stay here again. So close to the beach with a board walk with a series of 4-5 steps. No wagon needed. Loved the big porch, a table would have been a nice addition. TVs in every room. King size beds were amazingly comfortable.
