Escape to this beautifully equipped beachfront home designed for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable coastal memories. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms — including 2 upstairs and a convenient downstairs bath for rinsing off after the beach — this home is perfect for a relaxing beach stay.

Enjoy direct beach access via your own private walkover, complete with benches that are perfect for morning coffee, ocean views, or relaxing in the coastal breeze.

Inside, you’ll find an open and inviting layout with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a Keurig combo drip and K-Cup coffee maker, Instant Pot, blender, slow cooker, mixer, cookware, dishes, and just about everything needed to make cooking at the beach easy and enjoyable.

New sheets and towels--Bamboo cooling sheets, Egyptian cotton towels; toiletries, soaps, beach toys, and outdoor games are all provided to help make your stay comfortable and stress-free.

For added comfort, the home includes a 5-stage water filtration system along with reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water, providing clean water for bathing and drinking (RO).

This is a smoke-free and pet-free home.

Location was perfect! The only thing was both propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t grill anything other than that we all had a great stay!

Location was perfect and although it was a bit stormy our weekend was still great. The wrap around porch was definitely something we enjoyed. Becky is a great. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We will be coming back!!

We have stayed in many beach rental properties in Surfside and this is honestly one of our favorites. The location is great, with direct private beach access from the property and beautiful ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom.The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed—from quality towels and bathroom essentials to a very well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. A big plus in Texas: the air conditioning worked perfectly and the zoned system kept the house very comfortable at all times.Every detail felt carefully considered for guests’ comfort. The outdoor spaces were especially wonderful, from the beautiful terrace to enjoy morning coffee at sunrise, to the downstairs grilling and dining area with its own full bathroom and shower—such a smart and convenient setup after the beach.The home is simply but tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. We would absolutely love to come back.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in, and we absolutely will book it again.The hosts clearly put a lot of care into preparation. Communication was excellent, and the house was exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared—it almost felt like we were the first guests to stay there.The layout worked perfectly for our family. The bedrooms were spacious, the open living areas gave everyone room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked.One thing that really stood out was how comfortable the house was. The HVAC system kept every room at a consistent temperature, responded quickly to thermostat changes, and was remarkably quiet. We've stayed in other beach houses where some rooms were too warm while others were freezing, but this home was comfortable throughout our entire stay.We also really appreciated the home's water treatment system. Anyone familiar with Surfside knows the local water can be challenging, and the owners have clearly invested in making the experience better. The whole-house filtration, water softener, and reverse osmosis drinking water were a huge plus.The only minor maintenance items we noticed were that the door lock on one bedroom wasn't working properly, and the outdoor grill could use a thorough cleaning before use.We've stayed at several beach houses in the area, and this is our favorite so far. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Surfside.
