Parking: Driveway parking for 2-4 vehicles, street parking (2 spots), & our private parking lot by back patio for 3-4 more vehicles or trucks and trailers.

*Booking party must be 23

*Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly
*Booking party is responsible for any damages that occur during their stay

*Overnight guests must not exceed 6 people

*Any issues upon check-in must be reported to your host, Brandi, within 24 hours of the listed check-in time of 4PM.
*Early check-in or late check-out will need to be arranged prior and only if it`s possible with the booking schedule. Anyone exceeding 10am checkout without prior notice will accrue a $50 fee every 30 minutes until check-out.
