The Space:
BRAND NEW to the vacation rental market, this beachy condo is ready for your summer vacation!
This south end SSI condo is just a 7 minute drive to the popular pier village and East Beach. It's also walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks and several other great shops. It's a 10 minute walk to Red Fern Village which has some amazing restaurants, bars and live music many nights of the week (Bubba Garcia's, Gnat's Landing, Golden Isles Olive Oil and much more).
This community also has many amenities - a pool for use during spring/summer, a 24-hour fitness center, and open parking for multiple vehicles. The community is also gated for your safety.
Once you arrive to this second story condo, you will feel as if you are at your beach home-away-from-home! The home is fully equipped with smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, an enclosed balcony and two comfy bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a full and a twin bed. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use.
We also offer a credit towards rented beach gear with every stay 3 to 21 nights between April 1st and August 31st! You can get bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs/umbrellas/wagons and much more delivered right to the home for your use.
Please inquire about longer term stays, as we can offer those as well. We love hosting our snowbirds and FLETC families!
If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.
Please Note:
The pool is open year-round.
Pets are not allowed.
Trailers and boats are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately canât offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure youâve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!

This home is easily accessible from an electronic lock on the front door.
The Neighborhood:
Island Square Condos are located in a gated community on the south end of St. Simons. You are walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes.
Getting Around:
You can walk to many places but a car is recommended to get to the beach and other popular areas.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $145 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.Â
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
