Ce condo a le sentiment de la maison. DotĂ© de 3 chambres 2 salles de bains salon et salle Ă  manger, patio et grande cuisine. La chambre principale comprend un lit king size, salle de bain privĂ©e, un placard et une tĂ©lĂ©vision de plain-pied avec tous les privilĂšges. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen et partagent une salle de bain. Une chambre a un accĂšs direct de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la salle de bain. Le salon dispose d'une connexion 55 "Infinity TV, y compris les films, les sports et bundle internet sans fil. La table de salle de zone peut asseoir 6. Cette grande cuisine a tout nĂ©cessaire pour stocker, cuisiner et manger confortablement, y compris une petite table du petit dĂ©jeuner. Sur la porte arriĂšre est un patio avec un barbecue Ă  gaz et fumeur avec espace pour se dĂ©tendre assis. Very nice place and good spot. Had all the amenities we needed. We didnt use the pool or gym but it looked nice from what i saw.

IDEAL!

Very cozy , well thought out small details . Well stocked. It is great location with everything you need right outside the complex close by. We went for a family trip for a daughter's birthday and it accomidates 6 comfortably. I just can't say enough nice things and I am very grateful. Wonderful host who does not mind answering silly questions and being bothered about a wi-fi password cause you know 20 something year olds can not live without it.

Perfect Location for our Ladies Beach Getaway

We loved the location of this property. Just minutes away from most anything on the island but quiet and secluded. We loved this 1st floor unit. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for us. Check in and check out processes were easy. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet and Convenient

We had a lovely stay at this St. Simon's Island Retreat. The condo is located conveniently to the Winn Dixie, many restaurants and biking throughout the island. The pool area is tranquil and the fitness center is a plus.

Great experience and vacation!

Beautiful, clean, well-kept condo on very nice property. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The host was readily available anytime I contacted him. Pool and workout room was awesome! Very conveniently located, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Short distance to the beautiful beach, downtown and the lighthouse. First time having my four-year-old grandson at the beach and it was a very memorable experience. Will definitely rent this condo again! Thank you so much!

Nice Rental

This condo is located in a convenient area on the Island. We were in walking distance to the McDonalds. The owner called the day before check-in to walk us through the process on getting to the condo and where keys were located. Everything was clean and the condo was in good shape.

Cozy and super Nice Location.

We had a great stay and a Beautiful weekend with our children at the Island. The condo is on the bottom floor which was a plus for us getting younger children and all of our beach stuff back and fourth. The condo is fully set up with everything that you could need to be comfortable and cook your own meals like we like to do during the day. It had a cute little back deck to sit out on and there is a gas grill out there and some outdoor chairs. The property was clean and well maintained. Mr. Todd communicated with me well, answered any questions I had and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Thanks for a great weekend in SSI, we really enjoyed staying here!!

The condo is in a great location and was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The pool is very close, also. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. We were all very pleased and hope to stay here again in the future.

Summer stay

I always go to the reviews before I rent a VRBO, so I want to be thorough for other potential renters. First of all, the price was excellent. The location is about 7 minute drive from the beach or pier. Walking distance to a couple restaurants and Winn-Dixie. Very close to the airport, and yes you may be woken up by them. The condo is right next to the pool. King size bed in master, weird light switch for the bathroom--in the bedroom. Queen beds in the other rooms. Mattresses are pretty firm, but we slept good. Fold out couch has mattress that seemed unusable to me, but my son slept fine on the couch itself. Adequate dishes, not many pans. Dryer works ok, dont overload it. There were a few rolls of tp and paper towels. Regular coffee maker (no Keurig) with coffee filters available. Basic seasoning in cabinet. The owner was super nice on the phone and easily contacted. Overall, comfortable place with most everything we needed. Would consider renting again. Thanks Jack!!

Great location

The property location was great! We were close to the condo pool, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks. It was also easy access to activities on Saint Simons Island or Jekyll Island. The area was quiet and nice. The condo was great! It was well-appointed, clean and comfortable for all of us. Mr. Todd was very responsive and check-in and out was very easy. Mr. Todd provided lots of great information about the area and things to do before we arrived. We would definitely consider staying here again!

First Class Family Fun

Mr. Todd was willing to answer all questions and calls. He told me about all the excellent shops, restaurants and groceries nearby. The unit was freshly cleaned and amply supplied with amenities. The fantastic central location means you are not far from any island activities. The kids felt right at home and cannot wait to go back. Check it out. I promise you will feel right at home!

Very spacious and quiet condo in the center of SSI

This condo had lots of space in the living room and bedrooms. It was also in a very convenient location in respect to the grocery store and the beaches. Finally, Jack was a great host and made the check-in process a breeze.

Nice and Cozy

Property was very nice, clean, and cozy. Had everything needed for our stay. Owners were very nice and walked me through the property before moving in. They were very friendly and inviting. I will be staying in this property again if the occasion arises.
