The master bedroom and second bedroom each has a queen bed and television. The third bedroom has 2 twins and a television. The fourth bedroom, which is on the ground level with a separate entrance, has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom, also on the ground level with a separate entrance, has 2 double beds and a television with a half bath. There is a separate enclosed shower and laundry room on the ground level. The entrance to the upper level from the bottom level is from the outside stairs only. The televisions are Smart TVs with streaming. (You have to log in with your own account.) There is no cable TV.

The Shell has covered parking for two vehicles and room in the driveway for four more cars. There is a grilling area with picnic table and charcoal grill on the back patio.
