Aloha! Enjoy the boutique-hotel ambiance of the Royal Garden Hotel and the beautiful Hawaiian tropical setting. Itâs the perfect spot for your vacation, business trip, or a refreshing getaway.
Our condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, just a short walk from the main strip and Waikiki Beach. Youâll be surrounded by luxury shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, convenient ABC stores, and famous attractions. The Hilton Hawaiian Village, Royal Hawaiian Pink Palace, and Sheraton Moana Surfrider are all within walking distance. However, itâs equally delightful to return to our peaceful condo at the Royal Garden, and get away from the bustle of the crowds and tourists. So you get the best of all worlds within a five-minute walk.
Built in 1977 by the Japanese and renovated in 2024, the hotel features marble and gold leaf, reflecting an era when no expense was spared. Guests can enjoy hotel amenities, including relaxing by the swimming pool, unwinding in the sauna, or staying active in the fitness center. Free laundry access is also available.
Our condo is located on the 18th floor, offering stunning views of Diamond Head and the ocean. The large lanai door lets in the refreshing Pacific trade winds, enhancing your island experience.
The unit is spacious, offering 376 square feet of living spaceâmuch larger than a standard hotel room. It features a California King-size bed, two comfortable swivel chairs for relaxing, and a 65-inch smart TV. A small table with two chairs, a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker complete the amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Why stay in a hotel, this luxury condo is nicer, at a much lower price. This condo is central to all the fun, but away from the crowds of tourists.

We instantly fell in love with this neighborhood when we first visited. It felt like the perfect balance of being close to all the action in Waikiki while still offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere. We had explored many places before, but none had the charm and convenience of this spot. Itâs just a short walk to the beach and top restaurants, yet feels like a quiet retreat. We loved it so much, weâd love to make it our home in Hawaii one day. For now, we live in California with our kids, but this place will always be a dream for us.
