Positives:- clean bathrooms with plenty of towels and hot water- beautiful view- TVâs in every room - lots of mirrors - dishsoap, hand soap, and sponge provided - ample pots and pans - seasonal decor was cute (Christmas time) - coffee table was light enough to move around - plenty of dishes - leftover condiments from previous guests came in handy - no filters needed for coffee pot Negatives:- very poor interaction with the host prior to our stay. She accused me of making âtoo many changesâ and denied altering the checkout date even though we checked out a day early anyway. I didnât care about the refund but she was very short with me. And short when I asked her a question about places to ski in the area. Basically told me to visit the website. I got the impression that the host was an older woman who didnât much like to be inconvenienced or have to be involved past the bare minimum. - no decent knives at all, no small spoons- when I turned oven on, it was preheating for around 20 minutes when I noticed a smoky smell. Upon that, I opened up the door to oven and clouds of smoke billowed out. I was scared the alarms were going to go off and that the whole complex would have to be evacuated. Had to stand there and fan fire alarm and turn the vent on stove to get rid of the smoke and the smell! I couldnât use the oven to cook my dinner. - door was not locked upon our arrival. Had to pull handle to get it to lock. - ice bin FULL of melted/refroze block of iceâŠ
