Rick was a great host! There was plenty of space for our group of 15, and we could have easily fit a few more people if we wanted. The house was in excellent condition, and everything was provided and easy to find. Rick was very responsive in his communication, and there were no snags in the entire process. Would definitely come back again if in the area!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Rich Harik

Image de profil de l’hôte
Hi Guests,
My name is Rich, I’m a Southern California local who loves the laid-back coastal lifestyle and everything this area has to offer—from scenic ocean views to great food and outdoor adventures. In my free time, I enjoy exploring nearby beaches, hiking, and discovering hidden gems around town. I genuinely enjoy hosting because it gives me the chance to share this special place with others and help create a comfortable, memorable stay for my guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose this neighborhood for my Coastal Villa because it has a heart and character unlike anywhere else in Los Angeles. There is something deeply comforting about waking up to the ocean breeze, watching ships pass through the harbor, and feeling the slower, more relaxed rhythm of this historic coastal community.

San Pedro offers the best of both worlds: the charm of a close-knit seaside neighborhood and convenient access to everything Southern California has to offer. Guests can explore the waterfront, enjoy beautiful coastal views, visit Point Fermin Park and the Korean Friendship Bell, discover local restaurants and shops, or simply unwind away from the crowds.

More than anything, I wanted to create a home where families and friends could reconnect, celebrate meaningful moments, and experience Southern California beyond the usual tourist destinations. Cheerful Villa by the Sea reflects everything I love about San Pedro—its warmth, authenticity, maritime history, and peaceful connection to the ocean. It is not just where I chose to own a vacation rental; it is a neighborhood I am proud to share with every guest who walks through the door.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Coastal Villa is unique because it offers more than a convenient place to stay—it provides a warm, welcoming home where guests can slow down, reconnect, and experience the authentic coastal character of San Pedro.

The villa combines the comfort and privacy of a residential retreat with easy access to the harbor, waterfront attractions, scenic coastal parks, local restaurants, and the many experiences of Los Angeles. After a day of sightseeing, guests can return to a peaceful space that feels removed from the noise and crowds of the city.

What truly sets the Coastal Villa apart is the feeling it creates. Thoughtful touches, inviting living spaces, and a relaxed seaside atmosphere make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Whether visiting for a family vacation, a special celebration, a cruise, or a quiet coastal escape, the villa offers a comfortable setting where ordinary moments can become treasured memories.

Coastal Villa is not simply a rental—it is a welcoming coastal home created to be enjoyed, remembered, and returned to.
