Belle résidence privée 1. lot 5 hectares avec les gardiens sur les lieux dans une casita séparée pour aider avec des problÚmes ou des questions. La maison est une maison de 2300 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres, chacune avec un lit king size et 3 salles de bains.

Vie en plein air Ă  son meilleur avec sa propre piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement privĂ©e et gazebo avec des meubles de patio et barbecue Ă  gaz, tout en Ă©tant entourĂ© de magnifiques montagnes et de forĂȘts. La propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  environ 15 minutes des plages et Ă  30 minutes du nouvel aĂ©roport international de Liberia.

La maison est trÚs bien situé avec de nombreuses épiceries, des restaurants et des excursions d'une journée dans les villes de la région.

We had a fabulous time at this rental, perfectly located for exploring towns and beaches to the north and south of us. The host provided excellent communication up to and during our stay and the property manager was an absolute delight! The home is well appointed for adult couples traveling together or families, we wanted for nothing. A refreshing pool is a must for us when visiting Guanacaste and this one is well matined and has a perfect balance of shade and sun in the afternoon.

Pura Vida!

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean, well Stocked, spacious and very pretty! The owner Tina gave us tips on where to go and what to do before we arrived. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable about Costa Rica. All 6 of us women felt safe and at home here. I hope to rent this beautiful house again someday! Thank you Tina & Craig!

Girls Trip!

We had an amazing time! The house is super nice and we enjoyed the convenient location!! Beaches and restaurants were so close! We felt safe and secure. We made some amazing memories! We all enjoyed cooking and eating in that fabulous kitchen!! Would love to visit it again!

Winter Wonderland

House was absolutely breathtaking after a long day of traveling. The entire week was well spent with lounging by the pool, visiting near by beach (Tamarindo & Flamingo). Found some very nice restaurants nearby, Marie's being our favorite. Being from the Midwest, the house was everything we were looking for to get out of the cold. Already started planning out next stay!

Paradise!

My family and I enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime last summer in this piece of paradise! This house is absolutely perfect for a relaxing, refreshing vacation! It is spotlessly clean, the grounds are immaculate, the pool is perfect and the gazebo is a great spot to relax and enjoy nature's beauty. We even had Howler Monkeys come to the trees nearby! We loved the fact it is private and safe, and only a short drive to several amazing beaches. We could go do the "tourist" thing, but then come back to privacy, peace and quiet. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this home for your vacation of a lifetime!

Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful time with our 3 grown boys at this house! Grocery shopping to stock the kitchen was easy; a short drive to beautiful beaches and good restaurants - so, overall the location was great. We felt secure and private within the gated community. The house was very comfortable and the pool was hard to leave - we had to remember we were in Costa Rica to see some things there! Great owners and the house is well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay!

Had a fantastic time staying at this house. Beautiful location with amazing jungle views. A couple of times we would see monkeys in the trees around the house. Great kitchen and BBQ for cooking. Also not far from nice restaurants and beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Pool is an added bonus for relaxing!

What a great place!

The house is beautiful and sets on a little over an acre. So private and quiet with the howler monkeys, birds and butterflies surrounding the property. Many days spent just not at the beach and exploring Costa Rica, but at the pool as well. The amenities were as described and the owners were so helpful in directing us to all of the activities, attractions, beaches, restaurants, etc. The property manager and the caretaker are very nice as well. The property is well maintaned inside and out. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives and would love to go back again soon.

Fabulous Time In Costa Rica!

I can't say enough about this home. It is beautifully appointed (especially the kitchen); you have a beautiful pool, air-conditioning and just 20 minutes from Flamingo Beach or Tamarindo. In addition there is a Canopy tour just down the street. I would return again to Costa Rica and this home.

The partners started building the house in 2007 on the 1.5 acre parcel with a fabulous mountain and forest view. It was originally used by just the owners, family and friends as a personal get away. We are also excited to share the experience with others in this beautiful country of Costa Rica where the people are friendly and gracious.

The house is in a gated community that is somewhat isolated for quiet relaxation. The forest surrounding the property allows for viewing of wildlife such as the Howler Monkeys and many varieties of birds and butterflies. It is close to many towns and beaches, yet private and secure.

The unique benefits of this property is the privacy, swimming pool, BBQ, bird watching, walking and studying the local plants and animals. This spacious floor plan and large yard area lends to fun gatherings with family and friends. You will also have access to the Costa Rica Sailing Center for your friends and family. They have sailboats, kayaks, bicycles, restaurant, bar, pool and entertainment.
