Our beautiful condo comes with everything you need for a stress-free oceanfront vacation. Enjoy your time with a fully equipped kitchen; cozy living room to relax in and complimentary Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected. Linens and bathroom towels are provided to ensure a hassle-free vacation. Beach essentials such as beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels and a small cooler are provided for you.

We are just steps away from the white sandy beach, spend time soaking up the sun, shelling, and relaxing is what awaits you. Our place is the perfect fun in the sun-beach location, offering magnificent sunset views all year.

With luxury touches throughout the condo including Anne Sacks backsplash in the kitchen, custom closet shelving for optimal storage, walk in tile showers, with a floorplan to take maximum advantage of the view and providing privacy for you and your guests.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been fully updated. A versatile 3rd bedroom can function as extra sleeping space with a pull-out sofa or extra living space and even an office with a writing desk. Our dining and living room areas lead directly out to our private screened in patio to give you additional space to relax and listen to the waves. Master bedroom and guest bedroom both offering queen beds. Parking is available in our parking structure across the street and also some parking available in front of the building, as a first come first serve basis.

Our condo association requires a minimum of 30 days prior approval before your arrival date. You will be required to complete an application for approval with your reservation.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

Our pool is expected to open December 2025 but is still fluid for an exact open date.
