Conveniently located at Palms Place within the vibrant Palms Casino property, you’ll have access to thrilling experiences like gambling, nightlife, fine dining, pools, a movie theater, and spectacular shows—all just steps away. The famous Las Vegas Strip is only 2.8 miles away; a 25-minute walk, or a quick drive with the convenience of free parking and 24-hour valet service.

The studio comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a king-size bed and a spacious couch. The bathroom features both a shower and a jetted tub for a spa-like experience. Kitchen amenities include a two-burner electric stove, a fridge, and all the essentials—pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and more—so you can feel right at home. Fresh linens are provided at check-in, and additional sets are available for a small fee at the front desk.

Please note: A security deposit of $100 per night and a one-time cleaning fee of $90.70 are collected upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded at check-out.

Excellent in every way! Very clean and fully stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, etc. Communication with owner was easy and all questions were answered. On-site parking was convenient and easily accessible. Great location and staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Loved our stay and the view. Really appreciated having a full kitchen and the mini toaster oven. Staff came up to ask if we were checking out a few times, they seemed to be confused. But overall enjoyed the place!

I really enjoyed this quiet retreat right off the Strip in Las Vegas. The staff were surprisingly helpful in handling my race bike. I have attached the view from the balconylooking west.

Everything was amazing, great room, and amazing communication with host. I would just suggest confirming that the room is being stocked with simple things like trash bags especially if no house keeping is provided since it’s a private suite. Overall great place to stay. Thank you.

I enjoy the neighborhood because Palms Place is conveniently close to the Strip, yet just far enough to offer a peaceful escape from all the hustle and bustle. It’s also near two dispensaries and a laundromat. Traffic is lighter in the area, and it's easy to access public transportation and all major freeways.

Palms Casino is legendary—home to the iconic Real World Suite, the former Playboy Club, and some of the most unique suites in the world. It’s a hotspot for celebrity guests, and there’s always something exciting happening, especially at the Pearl Theater, which regularly hosts top-tier shows.
