Come on down to your 520-square-foot suite and immerse yourself in pure luxury. Enjoy a dedicated sitting area with state-of-the-art entertainment technology, full kitchenette, king-sized bed with luxurious bathroom accommodations.

Designer furnishings including a king size bed with a sofa-bed couch. Luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a large shower and a separate jetted bathtub perfect for relaxation. The toilet is in a separate enclosed room within the large bathroom. Nice sized kitchenette with a microwave, two-burner cook top, and a mini-fridge. Glassware, tableware, basic cookware, and utensils can be provided by contacting the front desk upon arrival. Also included is a coffee maker to enjoy that morning cup of Joe. Located just a block from the Strip with an endless number of restaurants within walking distance.

Free valet parking. You can access all the amenities at the Signature pool and gym. The Signature offers free concierge services for guests, free WiFi, room service and laundry facilities (for a fee, detergent is not provided). Pool access is free with complimentary towels, while food and drink available for purchase. Spa services also available on premises.

Great for a three night stay for Formula 1. Unit is in Tower 1, second floor. Liked the small sitting area/table in the room; bathroom is spacious though doors can use some repainting. Liked that it was quiet, away from the noise of the strip but still walkable. Gym was nice and spacious. We appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby; otherwise at least 15 minute walk to coffee/restaurants on Las Vegas Blvd. Host was very responsive.

Luis is a great host, checks on you periodically to make sure everything is ok. Check in was easy. Great location with lots of amenities use of the MGM grand. I highly recommend.

The room was quiet and spacious with a full sized bath tub, stove, mw, coffee pot.There was a little disconnect between the front desk and the property manager. It took a couple hours to get the wifi resolved. Overall it was a good place to stay

Great affordable option to stay at the Strip

Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in was easy and we did not have any issues with parking. Very convenient to get to the Strip and the trams at the MGM.

Overall everything was great! Location, communication, comfort. Only issues were TV functionality was frustrating. Never improved after contacting owner. And the showers cleanliness was suspect. Signs of mold.

Our stay at this location was fantastic! The suite is great, conveniently located just steps away from all sorts of attractions. If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, there’s no need as there is a fabulous casino right downstairs, also the swimming pool, lazy river, and countless restaurants, just steps away. The suite is spacious, quiet, great ac and it didn’t break the bank. I would like to highlight the communication with our host was above and beyond. I greatly appreciate the fast responses to all questions. We will look to book this spot again! Thanks.

Anniversary trip with friends

We spent 4 nights in Vegas and this was a perfect location! Once we discovered the inside walkways between towers (our friends were in tower 3) and the monorail and MGM we could get anywhere we wanted with ease! So easy to access everything! Being on the 2nd floor made it so quick and easy to zip anywhere! Luis was so quick to answer any questions and is a fabulous host! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a safe place to stay while in Vegas.

Summer Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying in the MGM signature suites for the second time now and once again does not disappoint. It is a large suite with everything you could need and some. Hint* the suite has a large jacuzzi tub inside. It is connected to MGM grand so easy access to the strip, food, and shops. It is a very clean property and very luxurious I might add. I absolutely will stay here a 3rd time and hopefully more after. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot

We really enjoyed this room! Nice and clean and great amenities. I highly recommend it and would stay here again. We liked the jacuzzi tub, the bed, and the location is really nice too. Right next to the monorail and mgm, but not right in the chaos that is the strip. Affordable too!

Very Comfortable

The property is great, easy access to dining and Las Vegas Metro system. A recommended option for those that attend a convention. Kitchenette allows for a quick breakfast in your room and the ability to prepare a sack lunch if you're manning a booth!

NFR Stay!

Us girls really enjoyed our room for National Finals! It was clean, just across the walkway from MGM and in a great location to get to everything on the strip! It was clean and well stocked for all our needs! Great kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker and utensils, huge whirlpool tub and walk in shower!

Great Property

This is a great property, especially if you want to enjoy the best pool complex on the strip. And, we were able to jump on the tram that runs into MGM. The only negative comment is that the pictures weren’t accurate. It’s a much better property than the pictures show. It’s very clean with stovetop, microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Overall a great property. Oh, and the best communication from the property owner. The owner proactively checked in on us at check in, during stay and at checkout.
