B204 is a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, situated on the 2nd floor (NO elevators so you are walking up stairs) is a wonderful tropical oasis for your dream vacation. Step into a spacious living area that comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for couples or small families. Although there is no air conditioning, the ocean side position of the property, along with its lanai and large doors, allows a wonderful ocean breeze to sweep through.

Located on the South shore of Maui in Kihei, Luana Kai offers a serene escape with breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunsets. The unit features a king-size bed in the master bedroom, providing the utmost comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring the island. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room boasts a queen sofa bed.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities to cater to your culinary desires. You can even take your dining experience outdoors to the lanai, enjoying meals with a view that will leave you enchanted. Luana Kai is a great resort feel. Nice grounds, pool area all kept in great condition. The condo on the other hand really needs updating and need a deep clean! There is no vacuum or mop of some sort to take care of the floors, very dirty. The bathtub did have a grab bar for us seniors but the tub itself really needs a comet scrubbing, very dirty. Being a host ourselves we take pride in our 5 star reviews especially when it comes to cleaning. The screen door to the lanai was a struggle and needs to be replaced or at least fixed so you can operate with ease. Windows to the lanai were very dirty and had not been cleaned for a long time. There is something leaking under the sink that we didn’t notice until the last day but needs to be addressed. The kitchen sink needs to be updated, faucet is a stationary bathroom faucet and no garbage disposal so really have to be careful not to let anything down the drain. Bed was very comfortable. So much could be done to improve the experience for minimal cost. We would not stay here again unless these things are addressed

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.

You can also play tennis and play pickleball on regulation tennis courts, putt around on our nine hole golf green, or try your hand at traditional shuffleboard.
Watch for whales swimming and breaching from November through May when our humpback friends are all part of the family. You can stroll the park and beaches and view windsurfers, fishermen, whales, kites and kite-boards. After a spectacular sunset, you can cool off in one of our optionally air-conditioned condos.
