Room Seven boasts a cozy queen-size bed, as well as a twin size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For those looking to cook, our property includes a spacious shared kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, sink, and stove, making meal preparation a breeze. Unwind on the community patio, complete with a charcoal grill and picnic tables, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, our coin operated laundry room offers commercial washers and dryers for your convenience.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed.

Pets or No Pets; It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES

•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
