Plenty of parking at this raised home, with direct access to the dock & waterfront with amazing views from every level. First floor is bright & sunny open concept floor plan with gorgeous kitchen flanked by dining and family rooms, upstairs is master with en suite private bath, hall bath & laundry & 2 additional bedrooms. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards and crab traps! Some pets may be considered.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
