This home is set up for you to take a load off and relax in front of a 65" roku TV with a comfy leather couch. 4 person dining table makes mealtime great. High speed wi-fi and a dedicated works space makes tasks a breeze. Washer and dryer is in the home. Kitchen is fully outfitted.

Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, dresser, night stands, closet, 55" roku tv.

Office/2nd Bedroom: Default configuration is a single twin daybed bed with a desk. It can be reconfigured as two twin beds upon request. There is a closet, daybed with trundle, desk, and a 40" roku tv. Note if you want the two twin bed configuration, the desk will be moved to the living room.

Guests have private access to the entire home. There are two off-street parking spaces and plenty of on-street parking.

Host lives nearby and is responsive to any requests, however, there is little interaction, unless you need something.

This home is situated in a very nice neighborhood, but across the street from a convenience store and near a busy street. Guests appreciate that there is a Sushi restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Bobo tea, Nail shop, and Wine store less than a block from the home. The windows are double pane glass and well insulated.
