5 Star Host. 4 Star Place. 2 Star Experience5 Star Host: Cora was wonderful and very responsive throughout all the issues with my stay. Fixed the things she could timely & doing as much as she could with the things that were outside of her control.4 Star Place: The apt is largely as described & pictured with a few things of note that, for me, make it 4 star, especially for the price. These include, no TV, no microwave, no additional bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), mismatched curtains, one window with a small blanket tacked up over it, only 1 dining table chair, no desk. The good: everything worked, there is an instapot or pressure cooker (not sure, didn't use) & an air fryer, covered parking, comfortable beds & the best water pressure ever!2 Star Experience: this is 100% based on the woman upstairs. Her washing machine creates a horrible vibration & noise that physically hurt my ears, woke me repeatedly, caused the bed to vibrate & the dishes in the kitchen (2 rooms away) to rattle. This vibration lasts anywhere from 10 to 45 mins each load. She (single, no kids) does laundry EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not just 1 or 2 loads, but over an 8 day period she did 34 loads just while I was there & I was gone from 3-10pm most of those days! Once Cora, her apt owner, the police and the HOA got involved the frequency went down, but the noise/vibration did not. Cora did everything she could to help - this isn't on her, but do make sure the issue has been fixed before booking.
