Vesper Lodge, tucked into the Village of Eagles Nest, is the perfect mix of cozy and stylish—just five minutes from downtown Banner Elk.

The living room has a warm, welcoming vibe with a gas log fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a comfy sofa, and two leather chairs. It flows right into the open kitchen and dining area, making it easy to hang out together. The kitchen has a big granite island with three barstools, and the dining table seats six—perfect for sharing meals or playing games after dinner.

The main-level king suite is calm and inviting, with a ceiling fan, and a big TV. The attached bathroom has a double granite vanity and a beautiful green tiled shower that adds a little luxury.

Head downstairs for even more space to relax. The den has another gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, a big cozy sofa, and leather chairs—great for movie nights or just lounging. There's a fun bunk nook with two twin-over-twin built-in bunks that's great for kids or extra guests. Just past the wet bar, you'll find another king bedroom with a ceiling fan and TV, plus a bathroom with double granite sinks, a soaking tub, and a tiled shower. Across the den, there's a third king suite with its own bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan. The bathroom features granite counters and a tiled shower.

Outside, the main-level deck is a great hangout spot. It's partially covered, with comfy seating around a gas fireplace and a TV above the mantle. There's also a dining table and a grill, perfect for meals outside or just enjoying the mountain air.
Down on the lower level, there's easy access to a fourth gas fireplace with more seating—a great place to chill after a long day of adventure. Vesper Lodge is the kind of mountain getaway where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy the peace and beauty of the High Country.

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 mature, crate-trained dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The driveway is flat and level with the road.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Call for special prices on last minute availability as well as for extended stays.
- Guests returning to Vesper Lodge may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
