LIVING ROOM:
-Split floor plan: When you enter, you're greeted by an open floor plan with high ceilings. The living space separates our bedrooms, with our primary on the left and second bedroom to the right.

- Keurig and a drip coffee maker-creamers and sugar provided. Not a coffee fan? We also stock tea!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
*Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower

*Living Room: We have a pull out couch with a full sized bed. Please note we have an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room centered in our home.

BATHROOMS:
We supply bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Our back porch is the perfect place to kick back with your morning coffee and enjoy the gas firepit while listening to the sounds of nature. With a lounging area and a high top table, you could spend the whole day out here!

COOSAWATEE RIVER RESORT:
5,500 acre resort with jam packed amenities:

NATURE NOTE:
Being surrounded by the woods means you’re truly one with nature! While we do have regular pest control, you may still encounter a few adventurous insects.

We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.
