Property was very well maintained and cleanly. At check-in there was an issue with a locked door and the owner immediately handled it upon calling him. I would definitely book this property again in the future.

This house was perfect for our weekend in! The fenced yard made it so easy to have our fur babies with us. Everything was in great condition and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the walkability of the location. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.

We stayed for family weekend at HPU house was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the University, restaurants, and shopping. Home was clean, basic necessities provided, and a very responsive host! Thank you

A little out dated but it was what we needed for a weekend Graduation for High Point . The backyard was great and close to the school.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I am a bit confused by the term "outdated". This home is listed as a 1930s home in the historical district. We specifically bought it for that reason and the character. The kitchen has been fully updated with a new renovation as well as a full new bathroom, tankless gas hot water heater...etc. The charm of the home is the historic look and feel.

From start to finish, victor was a fantastic host. Incredibly fast response to messages, flexible. Genuinely made the whole experience a joy. The property itself has the most wonderful gated private backyard. The house itself was cozy clean, incredibly well appointed We loved our days there.

This property was filthy and has a roach infestation. There is also mold beginning to grow on the bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone.
