Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walking distance from Brown Truck, Sweet Old Bills etc. This beautifully renovated 1932 historic home is amazing. Brand new 6 foot privacy fence with a motorized gate and spacious back yard. It has everything you need to enjoy High Point. 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa.
Beautifully renovated home. You`ll love the cool features such as the archway by the hall and dining room. Most guests enjoy the front patio as well as the privacy of the backyard.

This house was perfect for our weekend in! The fenced yard made it so easy to have our fur babies with us. Everything was in great condition and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the walkability of the location. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I am a bit confused by the term "outdated". This home is listed as a 1930s home in the historical district. We specifically bought it for that reason and the character. The kitchen has been fully updated with a new renovation as well as a full new bathroom, tankless gas hot water heater...etc. The charm of the home is the historic look and feel.

From start to finish, victor was a fantastic host. Incredibly fast response to messages, flexible. Genuinely made the whole experience a joy. The property itself has the most wonderful gated private backyard. The house itself was cozy clean, incredibly well appointed We loved our days there.
