Nice property, perfectly located for all our needs in the area and at a reasonable rate, Monica our host was excellent, very quick to respond to our needs, the property was clean and felt very homely straight away. If I were to give any feedback on the negative, it would be maybe have a fan in the room, the AC was super cold in most of the home, just missed having that air movement at bed time. But on the whole, loved our stay, would definitely recommend this property and would 100% stay again next year for our annual trip to the area.Thank you Monica!!!

Monica was a friendly host with great communication. The home was very clean and fit the needs for me and 3 friends. The only thing that was a little surprising was toilet paper being unable to be flushed down the toilet and had to be thrown away, that should be mentioned in the listing.

I will review the description of the property as I’m sure that I have on the rules and house description as the property has sensitive pipes/ tank and the toilet paper would be a problem. That is why we require to put the papers in the trash can at the bathroom.

We stayed for one night to go to the Morgan Wallen concert. The inside looked exactly like the pictures. It was neat and clean. Monica is a great host and was very quick to answer any questions. My only complaint is the main bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely come back if in the area again.

Would not recommend

Master bedroom was very hot living room was very hot. The only room that was cold. Was the bathroom and guestroom. I saw baby roaches all over the place even in the refrigerator. I had to throw away numerous amount of food and re-buy it. They need to get an exterminator For the price. They’re asking if they’re gonna have bugs they need to exterminate they ran out of dish soap, so I couldn’t wash my dishes before I left.

I want to express my sincere apologies for any issues you face during your stay with us. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure our guests have a comfortable experience. However, I noticed that during our conversations , you did not discuss any concerns you might have had in your first stay , and it was surprising to read your review after your decision to extend your stay for an additional 4 days. Given the situation you mentioned regarding your housing, we were also considering the possibility of renting the property to you and your 3 kids , as we wanted to help in any way we could. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the difficult situation you are facing. It is truly heartbreaking to hear about your house and the challenges you are experiencing. However, I believe it’s important to clarify that our actions did not contribute to the circumstances that led to you losing your house. I understand that emotions can run high during challenging times. I hope you can find a stability for your kids . I’m glad that we have 5 stars reviews to prove our success with the project!
