We enjoyed our stay, especially the host's attentiveness and the quiet, peaceful location. The home was comfortable and met our needs. However, we were disappointed to learn only the day before our arrival that toilet paper could not be flushed. The host was great and helpful! This place just needs a good deep cleaning and maybe some touch ups on the paint. When we arrived, there were tags from a purchase on my headboard and a q-tip by the bathroom trash can that indicated not being cleaned very good. The floors were not cleaned very well and the back bedroom had multiple stains on the bedding. I don’t usually complain about little stuff, but the place should be more clean to give the guests a piece of mind that at least that was throughly done.Also, the back bedroom gets very warm with the door closed, I would suggest to bring a fan.

Nice property, perfectly located for all our needs in the area and at a reasonable rate, Monica our host was excellent, very quick to respond to our needs, the property was clean and felt very homely straight away. If I were to give any feedback on the negative, it would be maybe have a fan in the room, the AC was super cold in most of the home, just missed having that air movement at bed time. But on the whole, loved our stay, would definitely recommend this property and would 100% stay again next year for our annual trip to the area.Thank you Monica!!!

Monica was a friendly host with great communication. The home was very clean and fit the needs for me and 3 friends. The only thing that was a little surprising was toilet paper being unable to be flushed down the toilet and had to be thrown away, that should be mentioned in the listing.

We stayed for one night to go to the Morgan Wallen concert. The inside looked exactly like the pictures. It was neat and clean. Monica is a great host and was very quick to answer any questions. My only complaint is the main bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely come back if in the area again.

Would not recommend

Master bedroom was very hot living room was very hot. The only room that was cold. Was the bathroom and guestroom. I saw baby roaches all over the place even in the refrigerator. I had to throw away numerous amount of food and re-buy it. They need to get an exterminator For the price. They’re asking if they’re gonna have bugs they need to exterminate they ran out of dish soap, so I couldn’t wash my dishes before I left.

However, I noticed that during our conversations , you did not discuss any concerns you might have had in your first stay , and it was surprising to read your review after your decision to extend your stay for an additional 4 days. Given the situation you mentioned regarding your housing, we were also considering the possibility of renting the property to you and your 3 kids , as we wanted to help in any way we could. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the difficult situation you are facing. It is truly heartbreaking to hear about your house and the challenges you are experiencing. However, I believe it’s important to clarify that our actions did not contribute to the circumstances that led to you losing your house.
