Maison en bord de mer magnifiquement rénovée avec vue sur les vagues déferlantes depuis le patio avant. Aire de vie à aire ouverte avec tout nouveau coin repas et bar à petit-déjeuner. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Les portes françaises se replient complÚtement pour faire partie du porche avant du salon. Les meubles de grande taille nouvellement tapissés dans le salon et le porche avant sont confortables et pratiques. Laveuse et sécheuse sont idéalement situées au premier étage. La salle de bain au premier étage est bien aménagée avec des panneaux de lambris et des carreaux de métro. Climatiseurs individuels. Grill Weber. Douche extérieure. Wifi. Parking pour un véhicule. Family beach getaway

Perfect location!! We spent most of our time on the beachfront yard and went down to the ocean a few times a day to cool off. We had dolphin and whale sightings, and enjoyed all the amenities Manasquan beach and town have to offer. Hope to visit again next summer!

Perfect beach getaway

Quintessential old beach cottage full of charm! Woke up each morning to beautiful sunrises and coffee on the patio watching the waves crash. Well stocked updated kitchen, plenty of beach gear and fun galore! Manasquan beach is white sandy perfection and the town has plenty of restaurants with outdoor dining and entertainment. We celebrated my husbands 60th and had plenty of room for our visiting adult children and friends. Blissful vacation!

Charming Beach Front Summer Rental

It was wonderful to be at the north end of the beach walk and just steps from the ocean. The house was surprisingly roomier than anticipated, the open concept with visuals straight through to the ocean was wonderful. We loved the charm of the house.

Loved it!!

My friends and I have been going down the shore for close to 45 years and this house was the best we have been at. The beach is your front yard, and you can't beat that. Although we spent the majority of our time out on the deck and in the sand in the front yard, we did manage to get into the house at times. The house had everything we needed, from pots and pans to heat up the gravy for our pasta to a dishwasher to clean the dishes from our pasta dinner. Everything was clean and neat, decorated nicely, nice open floor plan on main floor. My only regret is that we couldn't rent it for the month instead of a week.

Wonderful Beach Cottage

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful beach cottage for the week of our 42nd anniversary. I cannot say enough about this property. It is beachfront with fantastic views, clean, updated kitchen and well maintained upstairs bedrooms. Owner is very pleasant and responded promptly to my questions and concerns. The neighbors, especially the owner's sister who lives in the back house and gentleman to our left, were pleasant and helpful with getting to know the area. Many good restaurants right in Manasquan and also surrounding shore areas of Spring Lake, Sea Girt and Pt. Pleasant all within short driving distance. Great asphalt walking/bike riding area along beachfront for daily strolls. Would highly recommend this property and hoping to return for another stay in the near future.

Beautiful and Cozy Beach Cottage!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 42nd anniversary in this adorable beach cottage. Everything was just perfect, the well-maintained and clean house, the location with the beautiful ocean view and ease of renting and dealing with the owner. Pictures and description of the beach house was exactly as advertised and owner was very helpful with our questions and concerns. The neighbors, especially the sister of the owner who lives directly behind the beachfront house and the gentleman to the left, were pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this beach house to our family and friends. Restaurants are plentiful. We enjoyed Remington's for our anniversary dinner and the Squan Tavern another night, right in town. Also had meals in the surrounding shore area of Spring Lake, Sea Girt and Pt. Pleasant. All in all, this was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Hoping to return in the future.

Beautiful cottage!

Our regular rental was not available due to Sandy damage so we contacted Catherine at the last minute. She was so easy to deal with and we arrived within a week. The cottage is a jewel box right on the beach and we loved the ocean-view from the master bedroom in the morning. Our week was the hottest of the summer and one of the air conditioners started to poop out. Catherine contacted her handy man and it was replaced the next day. We loved the extra touch of two beach badges! Our vacation couldn't have been better.

Happy Vacationers

We were fortunate enough to spend three weeks at this quaint cottage by the sea. Newly renovated kitchen and bath made our stay even more enjoyable. The views and convenient access to the beach were perfect. The home and the views themselves were enough to not make you never want to leave the house. However when we did venture out we found the town of Manasquan to be very nice with its little shops and may restaurants this property combined the best of both worlds. I also have to say the neighbors were wonderful, very helpful and friendly they all made us feel welcomed. The homeowners were just an added bonus to this wonderful vacation.They were always accessible and answered all questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Excellent Beach Vacation

We just rented this house last week and I must say it was great. It is right on the beach in Manasquan. You can literally see the waves rolling in from the front porch. The house was beatifully mantained and actually just had the kitchen appliances and cabinets updated, It has a great porch and front yard full of sand to relax on and is a stone throw to the beach entrance. Dealing with the owners was painless and couldn't have gone smoother. I would highly recommend this property and I know I will be back next year.

Our beloved 'Sea Fever' has been in our family for 74 years!! As one of seven children, I was so fortunate to spend my summers on beautiful Manasquan beach. We continue to create shore memories with our wonderful daughters and our large extended family.

This cozy seaside home is right on the beach. Watch your children play in the sand or fly a kite as you relax on the front porch! Listen to the waves break and watch the sunrise from the master bedroom. Walk to the beach concerts ,weekly fireworks, arcade and ice cream parlors.
The house behind ours might be available if two homes are required. Just ask!
