Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to `Waterfront Haven`! This beautiful condo offers a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living area with breathtaking bay views, and ample sleeping arrangements for up to five guests. The spacious king bedroom provides ultimate comfort, while the living room features a pull-out sofa and a large pullout chair converts to a twin bed (perfect for kids), perfect for accommodating additional 3 guests in addition to the king bed. Its central location ensures you`re never far from the vibrant attractions of Traverse City.

This beachfront condo boasts a central location surrounded by numerous dining and entertainment options. Start your morning with a coffee from the nearby Cup of Joe, or unwind in the evening with a meal at Hopscotch Tap Room, both just across the street. A short drive brings you to Front Street, or venture northeast to Elk Rapids to explore charming shops and eateries.

Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

After a day of exploring the stunning Traverse City area, retreat to the serene bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed adorned with high-quality linens. The room includes a spacious closet and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall for your entertainment.

For families traveling with young children, a pack and play is available, along with a sound machine to ensure a restful night`s sleep for everyone.​

The spacious ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. For your convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are provided, along with essential toiletries and bathing accessories to enhance your comfort during your stay.​

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove range, and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Enjoy your culinary creations at the breakfast bar or the dining room table situated just behind the kitchen. Alternatively, take your morning coffee outside to the deck and savor it while soaking in the sweeping views of the bay.​

The cozy living room invites you to unwind with its comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV, and a selection of board games for your entertainment. The sliding glass doors not only provide ample natural light but also offer uninterrupted views of the beautiful bay, bringing the serene outdoor scenery right into your living space.​

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Open the sliding doors to step onto your private balcony, furnished with comfortable chairs and a small table—an ideal spot to relax for hours on end. Whether you`re catching the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoying the sunset, the views are truly spectacular in any season. With direct access to the sandy beach, feel free to lay out a towel and bask in the sun during your stay.​

If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 2nd floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the first floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

- Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Very nice/clean rental. Excellent accommodations for anyone traveling with babies or kids. We took advantage of the portable crib for our baby. They also had a high chair and silverware for little ones. The bed was pretty comfortable and the lake views were very nice, even in the blistering winter! The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay! Super clean and updated throughout the entire condo. Easy access to the beach and water. Beautiful views of the bay all day long, and even better sunsets. Plenty of walk-able things to do and restaurants in the area. We loved it and cant wait to come back and stay again!

Clean, family friendly!

Our experience was fantastic. The house was completely loaded with plenty of soaps, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. The house was clean and fully stocked with blankets and extra pillows. While the sleep chair wasn't very comfortable, we were able to use cushions to make our youngest happy! Everyone loved the space, the balcony is beautiful and overlooks the beach. Its location was great! Seriously, no complaints.
