Beachview 214 remodeled efficiency studio condo with King bed

Beachview 214 is a completely remodeled cozy efficiency studio condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores right across the street from The Hangout. It has a king bed, custom tiled walk-in shower, and small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator. A laundry room with coin-operated machines is located on-site. King. Sleeps 2. No monthly rentals.

Beachview Condominiums is three stories small complex in the heart of Gulf Shores. It sits directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, The Hangout, Pink Pony Lounge, and the Gulf Shores Public Beach. Mikee's Seafood and Picnic Beach Restaurant are both directly behind Beachview. It consists of 50 condos built in 1995 with mostly small efficiency units. The condo's prime location is one of its best attributes. There is some covered parking for smaller cars. Compact Cars Only. No trucks or SUVs are allowed and will not fit under the parking garage entrance. Parking for larger vehicles is beside and behind the complex.

The minimum age is 25 to rent.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

My Stay at Beachview

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was very good. The room is very nice and perfect for 2 people who wants to get out and walk the strip. The property management people are very strict though. I got my vehicle towed on my first night there because they said they couldn’t see my decal. But other than that it was good. The bedroom sheets appeared to b flipped over though as if they did that so that they didn’t have to wash them from the last guest that stayed before me. The shower walls had hair on it from whoever the last guest was also and their hair was on the pillows and bed also. That was a 0 out of 10 for me. Maybe they were in a rush cleaning? I don’t know but besides that, everything was fine. Would definitely stay again though.

Customer service is excellent well actually above excellent ! Room was extremely clean and in turn we left it that way. Just a hop and skip from the beach and close to everything, it was just perfect. The price was exceptional. Been here for 2 years In a row and booking next years as I speak .

Property was near everything you need in beach area of town. Great value. We did not rent a car because location was walking distance to everything. Space was clean, pictures were accurate. I’ve seen other reviews of units in Beachview that mention not having enough towels or lack of essentials. We had plenty of towels, host provided dish soap, soap for washing machine, blow dryer, and kitchen had all utensils you will need.
