Yes, everything was great with the house, Paris was very responsive and we had a great time. One thing to improve would be a clearer instructions about parking - the surrounding streets are permit parking only, so directions to the nearest or best value garage would have been helpful. But we worked it out.

Fantastic property - a home away from home!

The property is a fantastic place! The townhouse was very spacious and inviting. The location is very close to nightlife and stores while still being on a quiet street. Paris was very friendly and welcoming, I'd stay here again!

Beautiful house for our group get-away

My friends and i had an amazing trip and this house was the perfect place for us. Great location and so spacious, even for 9 people. Very clean. High-end showers and a couch that could fit us all to sit and relax. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time making this place our home base to go explore the city from. We were able to walk to everything from bars to vintage shops, and easily drive to the biodome. The rooms were spacious, and 3 bathrooms was such a need with a large group. Book this spot for your stay in Montreal!!!

Just got home from a guys weekend in Montreal, this house was perfect. 5 bedrooms, all pretty equal in size. Lots of couch space and kitchen served its purpose. The owner was very helpful and always answered right away when we had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing!

Our group of 6 was very comfortable here over the weekend. The house was clean and spacious with modern ammenities and the location was very convenient. Lots of resturaunts and cafes right outside the door.

House is wonderful. Plenty of rooms and areas to gather and hang out.Walked to old Montréal & Bell Center Parking was not clear in the website but I reached out to Paris and she was awesome and didn’t have any issues after that.Definitely recommend and hope to stay again

Birthday girls trip

The place was perfect for our group of 5 friends wanting to chill and celebrate a friend's 55th birthday. Place was as described and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Easy parking right in front of the apt. I'd definitely rebook if I had another large group and I know my friends will do the same. Everyone really enjoyed it.

The property address was incorrect. We ended up staying at a different unit managed by the same host. The unit we stayed in was not as nice as the pictures of the unit we reserved.

This cozy apartment was a great “home base” for our group. Lovely apartment, great location. LOVED being steps off of Rue St Laurent - fun! Beds were comf, kitchen serviceable (we didn’t cook but one could). showers were great. Be sure to load and be familiar with the August app (you’ll be directed toward it once you’ve booked) which allows you to unlock front door using Bluetooth. App is important as key pad was temperamental in cold temps. Great VRBO Rental!

This VRBO was as adverised! Rooms were large and clean! The living space worked well for our family, which included six adults, a 1 yr old, 2 yr old, 3.5 yr old and a 5 yr old. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and when needed, the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs were perfect for napping. We brought our own pack n' plays but I believe Paris had said she could provide one if requested in advance. We used the parking kiosk around the corner for 24 hr. parking passes and always got a spot in front of the house. Only one slight issue, we could have used more towels in the kitchen. Over all we were very pleased with our host Paris and our accomodations!

Great value stay; as advertised

Great value. Property was exactly as advertised. Large common space, 5 large bedrooms, 3 recently redone bathrooms. Kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. Check in was good; Paris was responsive and helpful. We had a plumbing issue mid way through our stay which made the basement bathroom un-usable. It took 24 hours before we got a response, but we were a small group so it did not really impact our stay (we could all use the upstairs bathrooms). Location is fairly convenient; within walking distance to the Old Town and Downtown. The house itself is ~5 doors down from a nightclub so we heard some noise in the evenings and found garbage on the street outside but not un-manageable

Great family stay!

Well kept property with 3 full bathrooms. Worked well for grandparents, 3 adult kids + 2 spouses, and 4 grandkids (all under 5 years). Super well located for walking access to eating, shopping and metro. Convenient reserved parking one block away.

Great Location!

Great location, comfortable house, better than photographed. The listing wasn’t clear regarding bathroom counts but the house does in fact have three renovated full baths. Owner was super responsive and easy to work with.
