The condo is accessible to all areas near Charlotte. Very clean and well stocked!! The host is great, good communication and she even made us cookies! We came for a wedding and stayed an extra few days. We enjoyed our stay in Charlotte.

Peggy was a great hostess. She answered all my questions and concerns quickly. When we arrived she had food in the refrigerator and cabinets for us. The hospitality was above and beyond.

First, I'd like to commend Peggy on her prompt and helpful communications and incredible hospitality. Arriving at night can always make the next morning difficult, but not only was the condo fully stocked with essentials, such as coffee & tea, but she also provided milk, creamer, eggs, breakfast meats, and cold and hot cereals. In addition, she left us some homemade chocolate chip cookies and a red velvet cake!I can't say enough positive things about the condo: it was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and probably had the best equipped kitchen in a rental property in which I've stayed over the past 10 years (and that includes properties of professional chefs and restaurant equipment suppliers). I would recommend Peggy's condo without reservation, and I hope that the next time we are in Charlotte that we'll be able to stay there again.

My stay at Peggy’s place was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for in the most thoughtful ways. I had mentioned I was renting the home to process some grief, and Peggy went above and beyond—she baked me a red velvet cake in a jar and stocked the refrigerator with breakfast essentials and basics. The cabinet were filled with pancake mix, cereal, spices, and seasonings, making it feel both welcoming and easy to settle into.The home itself was immaculately decorated, quiet, and peaceful. The bathroom was a true spa oasis, complete with a spectacular tub you step down into—it instantly became one of my favorite places to unwind. Every detail of the dĂ©cor felt like a warm hug, creating an atmosphere of both beauty and comfort.Peggy’s thoughtfulness and hospitality made this VRBO feel more than just a rental; it felt like a sanctuary. I left refreshed, cared for, and deeply grateful. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough.
