No Smoking Indoors
We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape inside the home. You're welcome to smoke outside—just please dispose of any waste properly.

No Pets
To keep the space comfortable and allergy-friendly for all guests, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

No Parties or Events
This is a quiet, family-friendly home. We kindly ask that you do not host parties or large gatherings.

Drugs:
✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of consideration for our neighbors.

UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
All guests must be declared. Failure to do so will result in a $30 per guest, per day fee.

Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. For longer stays, you may wish to bring or purchase additional items.

Please Care for the Home
We’ve worked hard to make this space welcoming. We kindly ask that you treat it with care and let us know right away if anything is damaged or not working properly.

Early Check-in/Late check out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need early check-in or a late check-out, please feel free to ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Please note that we have an extra fee of $25/hr.

Garbage Collection
Trash is collected on Tuesdays. If your stay overlaps with this day, we’d appreciate it if you could place the bins by the curb the night before.

Security Cameras
- For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Tampering with cameras will result in immediate booking cancellation without refund.
