Welcome to my charming studio apartment in Long Beach! I've designed this fabulous rental to provide everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll find a cozy living area featuring a gorgeous queen bed—perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city or attending business meetings. The bathroom is conveniently equipped with a hair dryer, and you'll have additional amenities including WiFi, an iron, and a kitchen complete with silverware, pots, pans, and essential cooking items. If you're working during your visit, a dedicated workstation with a monitor is available for your convenience. Step outside onto the balcony and take in the stunning views of the marina and ocean—it's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Long Beach early morning with a cup of good quality coffee I provide at my studio. Located in the heart of Long Beach, you'll have easy access to all the exciting attractions and activities the city offers. My studio is conveniently close to the Long Beach Convention Center, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. Additionally, the beautiful beach is just a short stroll away, ideal for anyone looking to soak up the sun or enjoy a leisurely walk along the shoreline. The property we stayed at was perfect for us. It was a large studio apartment with a full kitchen and enough room to feel comfortable. The studio was clean and well kept up with many conveniences which made a stay pleasant and enjoyable. The Keurig coffee maker was so convenient and the host supplied pods to use with a variety of sugar and sugar substitutes too. The stove was great as were the refrigerator and microwave. The television was easy to use and placed in the most, again convenient, spot where we could watch it from the table where we ate our meals, the small sofa, or the bed for late night viewing. The apartment was also located in a great spot. It was within walking distance to Vons, a great grocery store, as well as a number of restaurants. There were also various and sundry shops and attractions in almost every direction in both walking and driving range. Additionally there was the view from the balcony. While it was not a straight shot to view the ocean, it was easily visible and we saw any number of cruise ships arrive and depart. All in all the little place was a wonderful place to stay. And the host has been a gem to deal with. We communicated a number of times before our arrival. He was patient and willing to work with us on what we needed. His instructions for beginning and ending our stay were clear and understandable. The experience was all in all one my husband and I enjoyed and will remember fondly.

Lovely and large studio. Well maintained with every comfort imaginable! Nice balcony with view of the ocean too. Great little kitchen. The bottle of water in fridge was a great touch. Linens were clean and comfortable. A nice little office area is included too!
