Our 1,950 sq ft home is comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to access — just three small steps up to the front door, with sturdy railings on both sides for added support.
We've stocked the house with everything you'll need to settle right in: fresh linens and towels, full cookware and dish ware, plus a starter pack of Tide Pods, dishwasher pods, toiletries, and paper products. Just bring your sense of adventure!

Every bedroom has its own TV, and Netflix is ready to stream. We don't have cable, but you're welcome to log into your own streaming accounts during your stay — just remember to log out before you leave.
Working remotely? We've set up a private desk in the sunroom with super-fast Wi-Fi (up to 1,000 Mbps download / 200 Mbps upload) — plenty of bandwidth for video calls or a full workday.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

Exterior security camera present
There is a nest camera located at the front door of the home and a back yard camera for our guests security and safety while using the Hot tub.
House Rules:
• 🚭 No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for in-room smoke damages
• 🚬 Smoking permitted only outside, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from doors
• Firearms are strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Respect quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for following The City of North Charleston Ordinance rules under Section 156.340.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may be subject to an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.

Laundry Etiquette:
Utilize the washer and dryer if available to freshen linens. Limited supplies require off-site washing between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

A Note on Partying:
Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.
