Located in Rockwood, this delightful cottage is a dream. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, a sofa queen bed with a full size trundle, and a cozy queen sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and bidets.

Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating with the best lake and mountain view on all of Watts Barr. This stunning, deep lakefront cottage, with infinity pool, spa, and indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces has its own sizable private dock and is minutes away from local marinas and resturants.

Outdoor life is abundant in this cozy and serene gated community with walking trails, a pavilion and white sandy beaches.

Centrally located between Knoxville (40 min), Chattanooga (1hr), and Nashville (2 hr).

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a premium selection of blankets and pillows, and luxury linens and new mattresses throughout to ensure your comfort. There is a Primo XL ceramic grill and two gas grills available for your outdoor cooking as well as a wood fire pit, an outdoor built in fireplace, and a propane fire table.

There is year-round deep water at our dock and a boat ramp right across from the dock that is available solely for community residents.

Our neighborhood is family friendly and walkable. There are lake and moutain views throughout the house and the community.

Rockwood has a quaint downtown and is within 10 miles of Kingston which has a great selection of restaurants and shopping.

The house and property was fantastic and the view stunning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We love the pool in the hot tub. the Terrace view. Marine is close by. The only negative we would have is a suggestion to put doors on the master bedroom upstairs and a handrail going down the rock steps to the dock. Awesome vacation.

Thanks for the feedback and going to add detail for other guests. The main bedroom as it is located in the loft (upper floor) of our home and we have an automated remote-control blind that comes down over the bedroom door opening to give privacy. The bedroom opens into a private office area overlooking the picture windows. All this is by choice as this space is not set up for a door.

The house was perfect in every way. The décor was absolutely adorable, and the hosts were so easy to work with — great communication and they made sure our stay was just right. The back‑porch views are a true 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.

The home is beautiful and is beautifully appointed. Plenty of towels, beach towels, spices, glassware, dishes, silverware etc. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the heck out of the pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating on both decks. The guys even caught some fish off the dock! The people at Terrace View Marina couldn't have been nicer. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and a half and had lunch there as well. One person in our group used the kayak a couple of times. We enjoyed watching the Ospreys that have a nest nearby. The 6 of us, 3 couples, enjoyed our stay very much.

Our group was 5 women celebrating our milestone 60th birthdays. This is a beautiful property. Everything was well-stocked and exceptionally thought out and presented. We barely left the house as everything we needed was there. We spent many hours in the pool and patios enjoying our trip. Will definitely be on our short list for a return trip!! Our family had a great time at this property. The view of the lake is wonderful. My kids loved the pool/hot tub and the billiards and table tennis were very nice features. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked two dinners during our stay and grilled burgers on the Green Egg. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for our anniversary week and absolutely loved it! The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We used the pool and spa every day, and the lake views from everywhere in the house were incredible—especially the sunrises from the upper deck.We also loved our quiet morning walks around the community—it was so peaceful and a perfect way to start the day. The game room and downstairs kitchen were great, and the loft upstairs gave us a nice spot to work when needed. The outdoor TV was a huge bonus—we got to watch Sunday football from the hot tub (Go Packers!).The owners were kind, easy to communicate with, and made everything seamless. We had the best time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect lake getaway.

The place is awesome for a big family or a couples trip who are looking for a relaxing getaway with wonderful amenities. Directly on the lake with a dock. Boat ramp right around the corner. Clean. Plenty of room. Great communication with host. Hot tub needed a little maintenance at the beginning of the stay but host got someone out right away. Host even bought the family lunch via a partial refund for the trouble. Highly recommend and the family is already talking about coming back again next summer.
