Nouvelle piscine et spa! Exposition sud, nouveaux meubles et décor cÎtier

Profitez de notre maison de vacances avant nous! Piscine et spa nouvellement repensés. Nouvelle moquette, mobilier, literie, vélos, vaisselle, etc. Nous avons fourni des serviettes de bain turques moelleuses, différents types d'oreillers hypoallergéniques en duvet, des draps 100% coton ou bambou et des couettes en duvet d'été sur tous les lits pour rendre votre séjour agréable et confortable. Beaucoup de plats et ustensiles dans la cuisine aussi.

Nous avons des vues sur l'eau de l'avant et de l'arriĂšre de la maison! Plusieurs portes-fenĂȘtres s'ouvrent sur des siĂšges ombragĂ©s dans la vĂ©randa qui a l'exposition sud prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e pour la piscine et le spa. Voir les dauphins, les raies (et peut-ĂȘtre mĂȘme un lamantin!) nagez dans le canal ou observez les poissons la nuit depuis le quai en utilisant notre lumiĂšre sous-marine pour poissons!

Grùce à notre accÚs rapide à l'eau libre, vous pouvez louer un bateau à partir de plus de quatre ressources différentes à moins d'un mile de notre maison et faire le voyage à l'ßle Keewaydin pour certains des meilleurs bombardements au monde! Ou faites une excursion d'une journée en bateau vers le nord jusqu'à Tin City à Naples ou vers le sud jusqu'à Goodland pour un dßner décontracté à quai. Découvrez le Key West Express et plusieurs charters qui partent à distance de marche, ou montez à vélo jusqu'à l'emblématique Snook Inn (1. 5km). Pour plus d'exercice, faites du vélo vers le parc Mackle récemment rénové (2,5 km) avec une aire de jeux incroyable, une aire de jeux, des terrains de basket et plus encore.
Prenez les chaises de plage et le parasol et dirigez-vous vers la plage de Tigertail pour profiter des ressources naturelles ainsi que de l'aire de jeux, des concessions et de la location d'équipement aquatique disponibles. Notre maison est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'une journée tranquille au bord de la piscine ou sortir et voir l'ßle!

We are in a peaceful neighborhood. Please no excessive noise. Our pool is serviced weekly, do not add any chemicals. Relax, let the pros do it!
The boat lift is not available for use. Rental boats may be tied to the dock. Please pull ladder up out of water when not in use.
Available propane not guaranteed. Upon leaving, dishes must be clean, garbage taken to outside receptacles & only 2 loads of laundry left to clean.

The beautiful home is well furnished and comfortable. We loved having bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella. The hot tub and pool were set at a nice temperature. We had a rental car to get us around to restaurants and the beach. IIt was a great place to stay!

Great experience! Hosts were very responsive to questions. This is clearly a well maintained family home. Lots of great instructions about the home and checkout checklist. We really appreciated the pool and hot tub, along with all of the outdoor seating. Kitchen was well equipped. The home is very clean and with good quality furniture in the living areas.We rented a boat for 5 days and easily tied up to the dock. Easy access to intercostal and Gulf. We also got good use from the bikes.Lots of restaurant options that are within a 1 mile walk.

This home had everything we could’ve hoped for—and then some! We swam in the pool multiple times a day and slept so comfortably in the cozy beds. Anytime we had a question, the owner responded quickly and helpfully. We’re already talking about coming back next summer, maybe for an even longer stay!

Quick escape to sun and relaxarion

We enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of sun on pool patio area, and all the sun you could want on the dock. Bikes were great! Nice area and neighbors. Dock construction on the other side of canal was briefly noisy but did not impact us. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family of four (kids 8-11) and grandparents. The home was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The pool was clean and warm a and the jacuzzi was easy to operate. Our eight year old son and I loved fishing off the pier. It was tough fishing but we did manage to catch a sea trout which was a nice treat.It was nice having fishing equipment provided and we were able to get live bait at a local bait shop. There were a few minor inconveniences. 1. The garage door remote did not work properly. 2. The tv remotes in the family room were not working properly and were a little difficult to figure out. 3. The fridge leaked water a few times throughout our stay. However none of these things were major issues. 4. The last night of our stay the next door neighbors hosted a very loud outdoor party (Karaoke) that went until 9pm. It was unusually loud. However this was obviously not the owners fault and they were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them about the situation.Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend rentjng this VRBO.

Amazing.

The property was amazing from when we arrived. It was clean and ready to go. No details were overlooked. Every minor detail seemed to be covered. Bikes for adults and children as well as a bike trailer for younger children. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size and temperature. The home was very cozy and warm. Bedrooms were decorated nicely. The kids room was perfect with stuffed animals and books. The kitchen was updated and very nice. Everything you would need for day to day life was provided at the house, cookware, spices, linens, towels, activities etc
. We will likely return to Marco Island and will look to this property first!

Beautiful home on the water!

We had a wonderful stay on our vacation! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and sitting on the deck by the water and fishing. In the garage they had everything we needed for a beach day. Carol was very communicative and was able to answer any questions that we had and was very quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Better than the Photos

Another fabulous trip to Marco, and this property was perfect. Great location, near Tigertail, Snook, Marco Fitness & some of our other favorites. Perfect deck for sunning. Decor was coastal & beachy, adding to our vacation experience. Set up was perfect for traveling with our 2 teens, giving them their own side of the house & bathroom. Loved this place & hope to stay again.

Great place!

Very clean and comfortable home for our family of 5 for spring break. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the house was equipped with everything you would need. We had a lot of fun with the bikes! Carol was very responsive and resolved a minor issue we encountered during our stay. Would recommend this property!

Amazing property in Marco!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at this house. It was laid out so well for a family, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our kids, and the view of the canal is beautiful! We would love to come back and stay again ASAP!

Marco Island

I had not been to Marco Island in over 20 years so was curious to go back. Visited the week before Christmas. Rental is as advertised and hosts were great about the few questions I had. Pool and Spa have great Southern exposure and house is more than fully equipped with anything you need. Kitchen has everything and there are even lots of pool floats for kids. Full beach gear including multiple chairs, umbrella and collapsible wagon. Overall GREAT.

Amazing family vacation!!

Just returned from our wonderful stay at this property. We were left speechless at the cleanliness, tranquility, and amazing communication with the owner, Carol, that our trip entailed. The home is spotless and so inviting. Beds were incredibly comfortable for us and our three children. The pool and spa were wonderful and kids loved all of the pool floats. Location is fantastic and the views of the dock from the pool area were mesmerizing. Definitely plan to return!!! Thank you for an incredible family vacation. :)

Perfect for Our Family

I love when o get the opportunity to write a nice review. This property was very clean. The layout was really nice with our age children and the pool was great! Location was really nice as I did my morning walks over the bridge each day, and took the bikes to the shops or grocery store! The host was very responsive and very very nice. We will defiantly be back.

We purchased our future retirement home after visiting Marco Island for several years. We really weren't interested in trying another location; Marco Island felt like home from the start. It has a genuine friendliness to it which is not surprising since many residents have migrated from other locations. Unfortunately, we have a few years of work ahead of us so for now we are sharing this little piece of paradise with you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this house after watching the listings for several years. It has the desirable southern exposure to protect against those sometimes (chilly?) northerly winds in winter. It is close to open water yet protected from large waves and is just the right size for ourselves and a few guests. The homes also seem to have more green space arount them than in other neighborhoods on the island. It also has that "Florida" look to it with the tiled roof, and many palm trees. We can't wait to spend more time here!
