Unité incroyable avec de très belles mises à jour tout au long! Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes avec deux lits queen size et un matelas pneumatique queen. Cette unité dispose de la télévision par câble, mais ne dispose pas d'un accès Internet dans l'unité. Ce condo a toutes les cloches et les sifflets! Ce condo entièrement rénové est dans le meilleur emplacement possible au coeur de New Braunfels et sur la magnifique rivière Comal. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine, d'un accès direct à la rivière et est situé à quelques pas du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn, du centre-ville historique, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain a un beau plancher en bois, des comptoirs en granit, tous les électroménagers noirs, des salles de bains rénovées et bien plus encore. Entièrement meublé avec draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, laveuse / sécheuse superposable, 2 télévisions à écran plat!

Great location

Perfect location for a river float and walk into town. The property was clean and check in was accurate and fast. We were able to enter the unit early. The listing did say it has WiFi but the check in instructions said WiFi was not offered in the unit. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Nice 2 bedroom on the river

Location is good, the headboard only leans against the wall in the main bedroom and the mattress could use replacing. The bathroom sink isn’t attached to the wall and the fan needs repaired. Overall still a good place to stay, just needs some maintenance.

Plenty of room for us 3 and location works great for the amount of time we like to spend on the river. Its a nice hour and a half float and then when you exit its a short walk back to the property. Perfect for us!

However there were parties both Friday and Saturday night until 3 and 4 AM which kept us from sleeping. Security was on us about being loud at 10:30 pm saturday, playing cards in the unit. Security has limited authority and that is a problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location could not be any better. The beds aren't terribly uncomfortable, but they could be replaced. And there could easily fit a king size in the master. Being so close to the river and Schlitterbahn was a plus. Parking can be tough. Some spots in the covered area are nearly impossible to get into and there are limited first come spots in the open area. Music and partying can vet loud, as expected, but everyone seems to get nice and quiet at night. We stayed Tuesday - Sunday for my sons 14th birthday and we will be back!

Comal River Float

Wasn't our cup of tea. I little more partying than I would have liked. They had a few fights, not an issue of the owners just the crowd. I thnk that is just the river crowd on the weekends. Had struggles all weekend witht the TV working. There is no WIFI. The rugs and carpert in the unit are old and felt dirty. Other than that it was great.

Thank you for your honest review! The Comal can get a little rowdy on weekends. This specific unit doesn't offer TV or Wi-Fi and is listed as such. I've put in a request for the carpets to be checked and cleaned, thank you again for your review! (I'm forwarding on to the owner, maybe he will start offering tv/wifi)

Very close to many friends that came down as well. 2 Friends were next door to us, which was great! Property was very well maintained. Thought the owner could have included better kitchen utensils, dishes (some were chipped), glasses (only 2 wine glasses)and odds and sods. We felt these could be purchased for a reasonable cost at a Dollar store. That's the only reason we didn't give it a full 5 stars. Great service from Management! Our coffee maker stopped working and within a very short time, a new one appeared! The reservation process was very convenient and easy.I would definitely recommend this property! It's a great Location! Located between Stan Antonio and San Marcos Outlet Mall! Great shopping! Great golfing nearby! Great Restaurants in the area. Went to Gruene Dance Hall, Gristmill and many other restaurants and Points of Interest!
