Excellent location for the South Beach / Newport area. House was just like advertised. The personal bathroom for every bedroom is a great plus for this listing . Excellent place for a mult-family stay.Great seafood restaurants just down the road at the old Newport fishing docks.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, beginning with the communication (excellent and precise), check-in instructions (great) and check-out procedure (minimal and easy). The house was exactly as described and was very clean, well stocked and very spacious. I would highly recommend this property as it's location, views and amenities are top notch!

Even better then expected! Our family had so much fun staying at this house and we hope to return next year. It was clean, fully stocked with anything you could need (including some baby items which was much appreciated). The beds were also super comfortable. Will be returning!!

Our host, Carol, was very helpful in making sure we had detailed directions for finding the home and how to enter the property. House is beautiful inside! We had 8 in our party, so we appreciated the 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Kitchen was more than adequate. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being so close to the beach. Everything worked. Would definitely stay here again.

A terrific VRBO house with an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean and a ton of amenities. The kitchen was perfect for our grandson, who loves to cook, and we enjoyed our time in the huge living room conversing and watching our favorite NFL team on the 65" television. All five of us had a separate bedroom with its own bath, and the house could not have been quieter or more pleasant. And while it was very private, it took only a few minutes to get into Newport for shopping or to various spectacular hiking trails along the coast. We had originally booked a VRBO near Mount Hood but were forced to cancel (with great regret) due to wildfire smoke and the fact that the Forest Service closed most of the trails and roads in the area for the season. But we ended up convinced that this house on the coast was just as good -- maybe even better.

This beautiful home has everything any family or a group of friends could ask for. The kitchen and Butler’s pantry are well equipped for anything and everything you might want to cook. The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The gaming table and Library are an added bonus. The view is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach or you can go down the road and park for very easy access to the beach. The location is wonderful!

This host was fantastic to work with, responding to questions promptly, and sharing information about navigating the property that was very helpful. The home itself, and the view, was stunning. Rooms were clean, and there were bathrooms off of all 5 bedrooms, which was absolutely wonderful! The fireplace worked nicely. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas were beautiful and comfortable for gathering our group of 8 together and sharing meals. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the trail down to the beach was well kept and easy to follow. All and all, this place was one of the nicest our group has ever stayed at.
