Temporary Resident ID: $50 per person (paid directly to The Villages), allows access to all resident-only amenities.

At least one guest must be 55+ per The Villages’ community requirements.

Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
