The place is beautiful, well kept, very comfortable and located in a great town.The owners are on top of the place and are always responsive to any questions.

We've vacationed all over the country and THIS PROPERTY is our favorite!!! Spectacularly beautiful, and the host was excellent! We are already planning to return to this home--spacious and peaceful--exactly what we needed.

We stayed here 3 nights in April and were beyond pleased with our accommodations. The lodging was just as described and depicted--clean, homey, and comfortable. This is located in a quiet neighborhood on a 3-acre lot. We received information on check-in and check-out processes on time. The host was readily available to answer questions via the VRBO app and offered her number for texts or calls. She ibcluded nice touches to make us feel at home, including a snack tray in the kitchen! The property is conveniently located for travel to Pearland, Friendswood, and Alvin. We were within a 30-minute drive of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely look into this property again for a return trip. It's a beautiful property that is lovingly maintained.

The property and home are exactly as promoted except for the tenant on site who rented the apartment behind the detached garage. The tenant was rarely there but it did make me less likely to use the pool on site. The property manager was available and checked in with us regularly to make sure all was going well.
