Beautiful Top Floor Condo, 7th Mountain Resort Bend! Great amenities!

Escape to this beautiful condo just outside picturesque Bend! This cozy top floor retreat has wonderful views over the forest to Paulina Peak and surrounding mountains and the location can’t be beat for access to outdoor recreation! Mt. Bachelor ski area, snow parks, and access to Cascade high lakes and trails are 15 to 20 minutes away, access to the beautiful Deschutes River and mountain bike trails are right outside your door. Widgi Creek golf course is a five minute drive, and it is only 10 to 15 minutes to the Old Mill and downtown Bend. Onsite, the resort features two swimming pools (heated all year) a wading pool, hot tubs, fire pits, fitness room, tennis courts, pickleball, disc golf, an ice skating rink in the winter, whitewater rafting, a small market and gift shop, and a restaurant and bar. The condo has been fully upgraded and features one bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, a full kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a dedicated work area and a comfortable queen size Murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Unit amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, and AC. Whether you are looking to ski, hike, mountain bike, golf, explore the outdoors, unwind, or just enjoy all that Bend has to offer, this condo is perfect for your adventures! Great condo! Clean, comfortable beds, nice views. Little kitchen has everything we needed to cook a few meals ! The resort has great pools and hot-tubs . Loved our stay!

The condo was easy to find and check in went very smoothly. The condo itself was well stocked with basics and was reasonably clean when we arrived. Only after moving things out of the way for the Murphy bed did we discover food and other things under the couches but otherwise it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We did experience a significant amount of smoke from the fires and sisters but we're still able to take advantage of the hike around the lake and lava island! This really was an ideal location

Family Vacation

The condo itself was great. Clean, nicely updated, well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture. I loved the bed! The only thing would to have some blinds on the windows. The resort property was descent. The pool area was clean and quiet. The kids enjoyed the bike track! Friday night concert was nice. The mini golf was a joke, very run down! Wish they had more food options and a better coffee bar.

The only things we would change would be put grab bars in shower and fix flickering lights over kitchen sink and island. Thanks for handling switching ownership so seamlessly.

This is an updated, pretty, clean condo. I really appreciated that I did not need to strip the bed and start laundry and do a bunch of housework, as some Vrbo units require, which makes it feel like I'm home, so what's the point of going on vacation if I need to deep clean someone else's kitchen. This unit: Take out trash and start the dishwasher. Reasonable requests. The pools are amazing. My daughter had a lot of fun in the various pools. You can order food from the restaurant and eat it at the pool, which was a plus for me.I did have one issue with pool keys and the owner responded quickly.
