With its prime Ocean block location, this three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo offers the perfect retreat for up to eleven people. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from the living room and main bedroom. You'll love the taking in morning sunrises or the relaxing sights and sounds of ocean from the expansive balcony accessible from the living room or bedroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a double and twin bed, the third bedroom has a double bed along with a twin sized bunk bed. The living room offers a double sleep sofa for additional sleeping space so you can sleep eleven people comfortably. Stay connected with the provided Wi-Fi and high-speed internet and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from the Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. With beach access just steps away, you can easily enjoy a sunny beach day or relax in the pool. There are two unassigned parking spots, parking passes must be displayed at all times. This condo is located on the 9th floor of Bluewater East condos (South building) and the building has an elevator. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. Bluewater East condos are also conveniently close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, and other attractions, making it the ideal North Ocean City vacation!

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $175. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
