We hope that you will love our home and the town as much as we do!
Located in North Ocean City at the border of Fenwick Island.

Amenities: Central air conditioning, cable, High-speed Wi-Fi internet, 5 Smart TV’s, DVD player, Spacious full-service kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators, Coffee Maker, Cooking Utensils, Washer and Dryer, Large Family room, swimming pool, garage parking (2 cars or 2 small SUV) and street parking. *No Phone Service available

Prime Location: Ocean Side and steps to the beach. Within walking distance to Fenwick Island (Arcades, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Doughnuts, Fisher Popcorn, Kohr Bros, Movie Theater, Nick’s House of Ribs, Ponzetti’s Pizza, Miniature Golf and Waterpark, Sunsations and many more) 
and just minutes from Ocean City Downs Casino.

*There are 3 full flights of steps in the condo. You will enter on the garage level.
1st Floor: Bedroom, Bunk-single over full bed, with a trundle, Bedroom, two full beds. Hall bathroom to share.
2nd Floor Plan/Main Floor: Large Kitchen-fully stocked, living room, dining room, œ bath. Washer and dryer.
3rd Floor Plan: 2 ensuite master bedrooms includes King size beds
*Sleeps total of 12 in beds

The condo was very clean and we loved all the decorations! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for the eight of us (5 adults 3 kids). There was a lot of beach stuff available for use too! Close to beach and quiet location.

Great property and location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was well equipped, clean, and located near pizza, ice cream, subs, and candy! The kids really enjoyed the pool as well -- it was a nice change of pace from the beach. We especially enjoyed Sundae in the Park and the fireworks.

We have stayed in a few of the units at the Palms previously we had a great family reunion with our children and grandchildren, the unit accommodated all of us. My sister and her extended family rent the larger 5 bedroom unit, so we all had a great time on our beach vacation.

Tournament weekend

My family opted for this property over hotel rooms and we weren’t disappointed! We were able to gather in the living room together and had plenty of space to get ready.

Great north OC location

Location is great. Lots of rooms and baths for a large family. Tankless water heater guaranteed hot showers for all. Pool is a nice feature. Three stars were due to sandy and dirty bed quilts and pretty gross bath mats that are cleary not getting cleaned. Guessing the previous renters ledt doors opens as there were a lot of flies inside on arrival. With better cleaning this place would be a keeper.

Great location. Everything as expected! Just remember to bring your own linens. There was a kitchen towel and wash cloth provided. Hope to visit again.

Great stay

We all really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing we didn’t no there wasn’t going to be sheets on the bed and also no towels or wash cloths but good thing we all brought our own. Other than that will definitely book this location again.

Great north Ocean City property

Very nice home in a quieter part of ocean city. We appreciated the garage for storage of all of our kids beach stuff. Also nice to have a pool right outside your front door. We would recommend this home!

Family vacation

We would happily stay here again. The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the bedrooms had enough blankets and pillows. We could fit two cars in the garage and had extra room for storage. Two things that might be problematic for others: (1) you need to climb lots of stairs and (2) the blinds in the bedrooms don't go all the way to the top of the windows so you can't make the room dark for a midday nap.

We arrived to the house with the carpet and hardwood floors unkept and dirty, moldy dishes in the dishwasher with an awful odor, countertops with dirty rags on it, used feminine hygiene products in the master bath trashcan and leftover food/drink in the refrigerator. We had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to scrub the floors and counters, and vacuum every room and bed in the house in order to feel like it was clean. Tried to contact the host multiple times and left multiple voicemails but received no response. Was very disappointed by the horrid condition of the property and the lack of communication from the host. Would not recommend this property and do not plan on renting from this owner again.

Easy and perfect for kids!

Worked so well to have the kids rooms on first level and grown ups on 3rd for those that want to sleep in! Was so nice they had some kids games and toys and a pack and play which came in handy! loved all the cute decor, perfect proximity to beach and ice cream! food next door at Nicks was so yummy!! thank you for a fun weekend!

Clean Property w/ All Amenities Needed

Stayed for one week at this property in late July/early August. Checkin and communication with the owner was fantastic. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to make our trip easy. The bikes and propane grill are wonderful amenities. More than enough space to accommodate our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location!

The home is lovely and a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The listing is exactly as described and perfect for extended family use! All the rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The 6 bikes, few lounge chairs, and umbrellas in the garage were a great perk. The kids also loved the pool. Overall, we had an amazing stay! The only thing I’d note is there are definitely a lot of stairs, which might not be ideal for all people/groups, but it was totally fine for us. There is also no bathtub in the home, which wasn’t a huge deal, but not the most convenient with little kids (we have a 1.5 year old who isn’t very into showers)!
