The room was as described and had all the amenities. Convenient location. The check-in process was very slow- had to wait over an hour past our check-in time for our room to be ready. The staff were very nice and willing to help. The pools are too small for the amount of guests in the building. One of the pools wasn’t even available as it was drained for an unknown reason. Overall, an okay stay.

Unforgettable

First- NO CAR NEEDED- I rented a car bc it was suggested for a week which I never drove and it cost me 800. Besides that the stay was wonderful!! Clean, safe and super nice staff. Perfect location- I will be staying here again and only here!

Room photos are deceiving and unit overpriced

Unit is way overpriced for such an outdated room. Microwave was broken half the time and wouldn’t shut off on its own, room had cockroaches, room was worn out and outdated. No USB anywhere in the room for customer’s convenience.Mentioned it to front desk and they agreed place is outdated. Positive were the TV channel variety, amenities for the shower and the coffee pot. Hilton staff was awesome!Would absolutely not stay here again.Sorry, was very disappointed and way overpriced compared to other place we stayed at when we left at end of my rental time.

Never ever stay here!

Scam, lies, it’s a time-share pressure nightmare! Supposed to be big bed with sofa bed. Ha! As soon as we rejected time share pitch, we got placed in such a small room, we could hardly open our suitcases. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. No balcony no ocean view, would not stay here for free! Don’t like being lied to. Was asked to lie and say we were friends to someone we didn’t even know! Ceiling tile fell in and water drenched the first several floors by elevator the first day we arrived. Fire truck came! Never knew what happened. First red flag was that we had to use a debit card. Duh! That way they already had withdrawn our money. We were stuck. Never again! Do not be duped like we were. Shameful lies.

False advertisement

Vrbo lets Property manegment companies advertise for the home owners and they total screwed my sister and I .We were supposed to have a ocean front room with a queen bed and a fold out sofa . What we got was a corner room with a city view they called it , well we looked at the back side of a buliding and had 1 full size bed no sofa . The front desk was of no help and said we needed to contact the home owner so i called the number I had been communicating with the hole time just to find out that it was a management company that refuse to talk to me direct and was absolutely no help . So with that said My sister and I who were there in Va Beach to honor my Mother who had passed, had to sleep in a depressing small room with no help from anyone that was involved in ripping us off. We will never use Vrbo again and have contacted are lawers .
