The large tree on the lower level needs clipping it does obstruct the view. The bed was small and uncomfortable but we made it work for the short stay. The bathtub/shower was really nice. The balcony was nice to have. The mini split unit we had to turn wayyyy down for it to keep it cool. Overall it was a decent place to stay. It does smell a bit musty when you shpwer or when you close it up and leave and then come back. But opening the door to the balcony helped with that.

Clean with beautiful view of ocean; good location for walking, biking, restaurants, etc.Recommended updating: new (firmer) mattress, sz queen or king; pillows should have pillow protectors.Otherwise this is good place to stay for 2; the kitchen has just what someone needs to do a meal.thank you!!!

Location, location, location. Photos are accurate - it is directly on the beach. Owners are super accommodating and easy to work with. Got us in early and everything. Space is perfect for 2 people. Get the trolley pass for traveling up and down Atlantic Ave. We loved that. So much easier. Dolphins sighting all day, every day. So much fun.

My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary, based on the reviews we decided to give this place a try, we’re so glad we did. From the host Steven, who had a balloon and anniversary card waiting for us, the cleanliness of the room, the oceanfront view and it was also on the quiet side of the beach. Everything was AWESOME!! Would highly recommend this place, definitely would love to stay here again, thank you Steven.

We loved our stay here. Cozy condo for two. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. He provided a guide to free music close by and he even had portable lawn chairs in the closet (we forgot ours). We enjoyed the large TV after a day at the beach/boardwalk.Be aware that there are 2 sets of about 7 steps to get to the condo. It was fine but you must be able to carry up your bags. It was quiet and we loved the balcony. Nice pool and area for picnics on the lawn overlooking the beach. The condo has a painted wall of the beach. it was so cool.

It was wonderful. Very clean. Close to the beach. Need to tell the neighbors to trim the tree. It was hard to see around. We had a great time though. We love the shower. Bed was comfy. Keys are in the lockbox. Thank you soooo much.

Nice little condo on the beach. Might be small to some but when you plan to spend all your time outside anyway, it's perfect. On the north end of the boardwalk so a nice walk to lots of restaurant options. Beach was clean & always a lifeguard around. Condo was very clean & had everything we needed.

Super clean! Kitchen fully stocked. We ate in a lot. Loved sitting out on balcony. Saw dolphins and beautiful sunrises! Boardwalk right outside. Very nice place. Steven was excellent.

Had everything we needed for our small family. Perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or pool. Really lovely view from the porch. Appreciated the communication for check in. Having little personalized touches (like the coloring book and kiddo toothbrushes) were a definite plus!

Amazing Ocean Views & Great Host!This oceanfront condo was perfect! Stunning ocean views with dolphins visible right from the balcony. Spotlessly clean and our host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay.Our host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches - surprised us with an anniversary balloon and a birthday dolphin complete with a party hat! These personal details made our stay extra special.The location is unbeatable - waking up to waves and having the beach right there made our Virginia Beach trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Steven's place was perfect for the two of us. He was a gracious host and very responsive. We loved the the easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

The property was clean had great views of the ocean and was just perfect for my single child family we had a great time being able to walk to the ocean right out back and when the waves were a little more then we were ok with we just got in the pool just a completely fantastic stay we had an absolutely wonderful time and loved the condo we would definitely stay again and the sunrises were absolutely amazing

Best stay you will have in Virginia Beach.

My wife and I loved this Vrbo. Steven was an excellent host very quick with messaging. This was absolutely the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at as well. All the amenities you need there for you. Absolutely gorgeous view out on the patio as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Virginia Beach. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit!!

The Perfect Location

This unit has a great location! Balcony overlooking a small lawn & then beach, so you can hear the water from there. Literal steps to get your toes in the sand. Perfect location at the end of the boardwalk, so not a ton of traffic & noise. If you enjoy quiet, you will love this space!

Great oceanfront location tucked at the end of the boardwalk so quieter yet easily walkable to wonderful restaurants. Condo was very clean with upgraded bathroom and kitchen and thoughtful amenities provided. Steven provided great communication and directions with flexibility offered on check in and check out times. A great space to just relax on the balcony or on the beachfront lawn to watch the dolphins, wind surfers, hang gliders and all the ocean and well maintained beach offers!

A beautiful beach side condo

Just steps from the beach. What I loved was the sea overlooking balcony where we chilled every evening. The location was great as well. Another positive was the communication with the owners, I had missed packing something and they sent it through UPS the very next day. I'll be using Steve's condo whenever I visit VB.
