3-bedroom beach cottage with a back deck and outside shower. Bikes are available to go to beach or choose from several restaurants within walking distance. We also have a full kitchen to cook in and a dining room to sit 6 people comfortably. Beach chairs and umbrellas in back shed for your use along with beach towels in trunk by the couch. You will also find beach towels in the living room table; it opens like a trunk!

We were visiting for a sports tournament at the convention center and this house was in the perfect location! So close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner, a weekend farmers market a block away and you could walk to the convention center! The house was clean, with a beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, cookware etc I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay in the future!

What a fantastic find! We loved this house. Inside was updated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for the 3 days. Easy walk to the convention center and great parking! We will definitely be staying here again. Host was very responsive and accommodating when we messaged.

I would give it 6 stars if could. The cottage was just the right size for our party of 4.It was spotless. The bath room and kitchen were brand new. The kitchen had all the tools to seriously cook meals. There was a screened in porch the front. A cute enclosed reading room off the kitchen and a private patio in the back.The location felt like it was in the heart of the town. Cool things to see with just short walk. The beach was close enough to "hike" to for the younger generation. Grandmas and Grandpa would appreciate a lift. We really liked the fact that the cottage was in a quiet part of town. When relaxing between adventures, it is nice to do it at "Home".The host obviously know how to set up a vacation home. She thought of everything.She is a person who cares about her clients. Easy to get hold of and most helpful.

This rental was perfect for us in Virginia Beach! The host was extremely responsive to us and promptly dropped off a hair dryer when we discovered it was missing. The area is super cute and well kept with lots of shops just behind it. The walk to the ocean was short and wonderful. Only thing of note- the online listing states 2 queens, but one bed is a full. If we are ever in the area again we will rent this place!

We were in town for the airshow and the house was a great place to stay. It’s an easy walk to restaurants (particularly coffee and breakfast), has easy parking and was spotlessly clean. Recommended.

Fantastic stay near the beach, great host

We had a great stay! Penny was a very accommodating host, going out of her way to help us with a few special needs we had traveling with a baby, and the house was comfortable and clean and in a fun neighborhood. Great location. Would highly recommend this as a stay for anyone in VB.

The home had so many great features, including the outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen, and fun family games to enjoy in the evenings. The neighborhood had a great vibe with plenty of walkable options, yet the house still felt quaint and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We loved every part of our stay!

Had an amazing time. The house was great and well within walking distance of the beach which was amazing because parking was 100 a day if you could find a spot. Loved it highly recommended
